I'm a fairly tough critic, but Ben is a rare commodity among pro (IFBB) bodybuilders. Very knowledgeable. And beyond just being knowledgeable he's good at conveying information and has a good camera presence. Walkn it and talkn it.

that makes so much sense. To do this with free weight, you would have to have someone continuously switch out the weight for you as you move from the strongest point to the weakest. Does this concept apply to every muscle?

Still seems to me that to match bio-mechanics of athletic moves the resistance of the device used needs to be most difficult in the beginning of the move. The only athletic move that I can think of that requires the most force later than the beginning of the move is pulling a bow.

Hey Ben.. Really enjoy the information.. Truly knowledge is power and with it I can maximize my training.. However I am having trouble finding good information on the web on the subject of the elusive MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION. Pls do a vid dedicated to this subject.. Containing information on.. What it is.. How to establish one.. And how to further improve it in your self.... Thank you .. And pls keep up the great work you do.

Ben are you saying that aside from deadlifts you shouldn't use bands to work your back? If that's the case are the back muscles the only group you should stay away from when it comes to doing band training?

Ben love your videos tnx for all of the advice and help. Do yourself a favor and learn the correct terms to explain your message better. The force by witch gravity is pulling a certain weight down is always the same no matter where you hold the weight. The MOMENT that the weight creates about a certain point or axis on your body can change via the position of the weight to manipulate the amount torque that you need to perform a certain movement.
