    Really impressed with the science used in your training. I worked for the late Larry Scott for many years and he was very much the same way...always looking at bio-mechanics of the muscle from origin to insertion to get the most from an exercise. Awesome video! !

    It's so crazy watching your videos and seeing some of the things I have kind of noticed throughout the years of trial and error on my own body. But seeing you break down the complete science just helps me further understand why i always did these methods. Thank you!

    Ben is by far the best trainer on youtube. He's the most conscious about the basics, and can speak very articulate and also cue's the movements really well. I've been a full time trainer for 2 years and Ben is a huge positive influence on my ability to help clients. THANK YOU BROTHA! You're totally hooking us all up and we appreciate it.

    I did the NOS set of bys and tris back to back. After each Nos round I did on top the MI40X Protocol. And I was saw in the arms for 7 days. I went back to do arms more Normal like on the 8th day. I did what I usually do on arms at a proper weight. First set was to see my strength and reps that had changed, and I did 7 Reps at normal weight, witch was huge for me. I'm 30 and my body doesn't grow quick it never has, but - Thanks to BPAK and Team

      Wow, just finished utilizing the nos x plan, and my muscles are trembling. While I held the stretched position for lats, i literally thought in my head, "Oh my god, you'd have to be a masochist to do this regularly." SOOO efective. Also did everything else the video said, I think i'm going to regret this tomorrow ;(

    Hey BPAK, your videos are the best. what is your recommendation for cycling on and off a NOS program. I know you said to do NOS for 6 weeks, how long should you be away from it to avoid injury but not loose the gains?

    i don't know why, but when i push myself super hard especially with intense drop sets, i always feel sick at the end, especially with big lifts like squats and leg press. anyone know how to avoid this?

    • @tbb740
      @tbb740 9 лет назад

      nickrunaway2 lighten up the weight.

    • @SeriouslySinatra
      @SeriouslySinatra 9 лет назад

      Lowering the weight will not be beneficial. If you are eating shortly before a workout that could be a reason you are feeling that way. Also, drop sets are EXTREMELY taxing on the body and it is normal to get that feeling, especially when working bigger muscle groups like the legs or back

    • @tbb740
      @tbb740 9 лет назад

      Jason Munno I wouldn't say there's a right or wrong answer. You should never feel "sick" after a lift, maybe a little lightheaded or exhausted. Emphasize on breathing better too.
      Lessening the weight especially when doing a drop-set is what you should be doing for a drop-set. It's supposed to give you another achievable set to exhaust the muscle even more than what you could've done with the weight before that.

    • @SeriouslySinatra
      @SeriouslySinatra 9 лет назад

      Hence the name "drop set". If he is pushing himself to that extent while doing bog multi-joint excersises, such as a squat, a row, or really any excersise then it is not abnormal to feel like that. I have thrown up many times in the gym from extremely intense workouts/sets

    • @tbb740
      @tbb740 9 лет назад

      Jason Munno Yeah... I'm not a medical professional or anything but if you're throwing up or feeling really ill after your lifts I think that's your body telling you you need to tone it down a bit lol. Nonetheless I admire that level of dedication.

    Ok Ben we get it you're smart; can all the over-technical jargon. NOS set? Come on brah. Based on the way you explained it that's just a triple drop set. I'm cool with you explaining things scientifically but what's the point in coining fancy terms for training principles that already exist?
