I`ve always had bad posture but ever since a colleague told me that I slouched, I want to to cope with it right away. Using this material, my muscles are being targeted for fixing my posture. Right after using it the very first day, I could already identify the difference in my posture.
i did the same exact thing when i broke my shoulder playing hockey. Was in a shoulder sling for 2 months. After i healed I worked chest and shoulders 2x a week now im all fucked up.
I am 14 years old and I think i may have a curved upper back because of genetic my dad and grandma always have had it. Can i still fix it? I gets in the way of playing sports because after a while my lower back hurts
There`s a treatment method for posture known as “doso shocking guide” that you can lookup on Google. I`ve been experiencing bad posture with painful slumped shoulders but this made a big difference. Really makes me hold healthy posture that is assisting with back problems.
