    I wish more doctors were like you doctor. You care about people and their well-being over all and some doctors seem like they are there just to push pills and cycle patients through like a production line. Thank you for everything you do.

      It’s most likely that he does not identify as a “Doctor”, he understands the title that is connected to what “he does” and that’s why he comes across as a caring and compassionate being. If he thinks he’s a doctor then he would not be able to do what he does the way he does it. I feel strongly he cares about “you” and not his title. 🙏🏼💜

      Also improves breathing and breath control, promotes proper swallowing while eating/drinking, etc, etc. ! I believe proper position and intentional postural alignment even affects the autonomic nervous system and can trigger epigenetic factors at the subatomic level of our DNA. 💜

    You are right Dr. Mandell,I see a lot of people with this problem. I try to avoid it. Every time I start walking, I make myself check my
    Posture. ButI was lucky. Both my grandmother and my mother had great postures. I believe this video will help a lot of people. I
    Will try to tell everyone around me. But I want you to know, not everybody is willing to listen and accept new ideas. Unbelievable.

    Since my accident having two broken arms and collar bone it made me hunch over quite alot...Now they are healed but my spine is very very painful...I'm going to try these exercises daily and hope that makes me stand straight without pain...Thank You Dr.Mandell...💙💙

    Tried the movement without a stick while sitting and OOOh My it hurt as though I have bruises on my upper back 🙈 can’t wait to do it properly. Thank you❗️

    Great exercise!
    I had trouble with my shoulders clicking, I use a 5 foot plumbing stick which helped with my shoulder exercises.
    In yoga classes, we work the rhomboids. Because we work shoulder and rhomboids, I no longer have the clicking in my shoulder.

    Good advice I have this problem but my neighbors and friend said I don't have vitamins. After I tried to get rid of this problem I ignored that I was vitamin deficient and actually today I know what is the reason thanks doctor this is a good job

    Excellent 💯🎯 We NEED This Especially After Hunching Over Our Phones *(Instead Of Moving It UP A Bit To Eye Level)* .... & Tablets /Computers Etc.. ~ Few Of These A Day, When We Are Meant To Give Our Eyes A Break * (every 20minutes ~Like No one Does Anymore‼️ )* Will Definitely Help Our Back (&Eyes) In The Future 🎯✨

    My father last his legs and slowly failed apart and passed away two weeks ago and I am heart broken 😭😭 now I am trying to focus on my mom and looking at her back omg it’s all bad I needed this video to help her with her pasture and her back pain thanks 🙏 so much ❤️

    You're right. My father-in-law is 92 and although he has some health issues, the worst problem affecting his quality of life is lack of mobility and skeleto-muscular aches and pains.

    Im so gratefull for your videos concerning the neck, towel pulling and stretching plus the atlas correction. Helped me a lot, i had a infection under root treated tooth for years and it took a big tole and altho ive been body conceus for years doing yoga and chiqong i placed the problem but could not relief it myself, now feel whole lotta better.     I had just started a job. I sit 8 hours in office and 3 hour while travelling. Within a month I started feeling back pain. I searched RUclips for many exercises but they were taking too much time to do on a daily basis. This exercise is some i can add in my schedule

    Another GREAT DAY.
    Exercise is essential and it doesn't mean going to the gym and working out to LOOK like you're fit etc.
    Simply do regular daily exercises together with a good daily diet and life will be better.
    We had an elevator installed in the 4 story house I live in. I take the stairs at least twice up and down per day and it's enough to keep me in decent health together with a total of 20 minutes walking per day to and from work from the bus station.
    Since the elevator has been installed, I watched my neighbor's backs fold into exactly the slouch represented here after only 2 months of stopping using the staircase.
    I told them to continue with the stairs but they found excuse after excuse ... !
    Before, we didn't have an elevator there were no complaints or excuses and everybody took the stairs without even thingking twice about it.

    Thank you. I am 77 and sit all day still working and on a computor. I cannot straighten my back up at all and my knees are so bad I think from hunched over and putting pressure on them. I am going to start these exercises
