It’s most likely that he does not identify as a “Doctor”, he understands the title that is connected to what “he does” and that’s why he comes across as a caring and compassionate being. If he thinks he’s a doctor then he would not be able to do what he does the way he does it. I feel strongly he cares about “you” and not his title. 🙏🏼💜

Since my accident having two broken arms and collar bone it made me hunch over quite alot...Now they are healed but my spine is very very painful...I'm going to try these exercises daily and hope that makes me stand straight without pain...Thank You Dr.Mandell...💙💙

Great exercise! I had trouble with my shoulders clicking, I use a 5 foot plumbing stick which helped with my shoulder exercises. In yoga classes, we work the rhomboids. Because we work shoulder and rhomboids, I no longer have the clicking in my shoulder.

I had just started a job. I sit 8 hours in office and 3 hour while travelling. Within a month I started feeling back pain. I searched RUclips for many exercises but they were taking too much time to do on a daily basis. This exercise is some i can add in my schedule
Another GREAT DAY. Exercise is essential and it doesn't mean going to the gym and working out to LOOK like you're fit etc. Simply do regular daily exercises together with a good daily diet and life will be better. We had an elevator installed in the 4 story house I live in. I take the stairs at least twice up and down per day and it's enough to keep me in decent health together with a total of 20 minutes walking per day to and from work from the bus station. Since the elevator has been installed, I watched my neighbor's backs fold into exactly the slouch represented here after only 2 months of stopping using the staircase. I told them to continue with the stairs but they found excuse after excuse ... ! Before, we didn't have an elevator there were no complaints or excuses and everybody took the stairs without even thingking twice about it.
