It only causes damage if you turn the power on if you clean it before you turn the power on, it will be just fine

If anyone is trying to repair their water damaged device it will only work if you have not powered it on because the Circuits only fry when power are going through them

Is there any way to do this safely, quickly, and cheaply at home? My Mac black screened due to liquid damage :( lost all my files
no just pay apple 1000 dollars to fix it or buy a new one for 1299
if just the screen is dark but the laptop seems to turn on and run, sounds like a monitor display issue. id look up tutorials, not to try yourself, but to get an idea on how that component works. it might be an easy fix of buying a replacment connector and asking a repair guy to do the work for you (or if you have a techie family member then itll be free)

Window is better for gaming but if you own any Apple device or you work Online Mac is better and it’s more clean
