    Have just got back on my mat with this video after a 3 month dip and I feel so glad that I have! Thank you, Kait. I really enjoy your videos. Will you be doing a new years challenge for 2025? I think I’m going to need it!

    I am happy to see you back, Kait, I have severe tendonitis on my left wrist, and I wish I could do some Pilates, I feel so sad, I hope to recover so soon. Feeling so much pain !!!
