@Dr. Eric Berg DC thank you for all your information. I just went to the fish market yesterday 4/16/22 & got some salmon. I have been getting Vitamin D injections & March 2022, I got my first IV Hydration Cleanse. On 4/15/22 I got a hot sauna wrap. Immediately after my appointment , I had to urinate. Once I did, I immediately could smell the toxins release from my body. That day, I noticed the swelling in my feet going down. On 4/16/22, I got my 2nd Vitamin D injection. I'm glad I asked a lit of questions because he told me what cocktail to get next time based on all my issues & how often I need to be getting the Vitamin D injections for the next 3 months. Where I messed up, I ate some gluten free tortillas & it immediately gave me back pain & feeling weird. I had not eaten that whole day. That day I started feeling better. Now I know one if the culprits to my inflammation. Congratulations on getting over 7 million subscribers! 🎉🎊
Happy Easter. You have made enormous impact on my life and my sister's life. So glad I found you. Your information has kept me from getting diabetes like the rest of my family. Bless you.
Dr Berg this was amazing 🤩 I just broke a bone in my foot.. I’m 65yr old .. do you think my podiatrist taught me anything like this? I don’t blame him I think it maybe a waste of their time since not many can hear alternative healing
With so many factors that can be the cause of poor absorption of calcium, I decided I will pray and ask the Lord Jesus to heal me as I definitely suffer from quite a lot of the symptoms shown.
We need to do our part as good stewards of our earthly body, prayer alone is not enough. Take action as you learn from this man’s teachings. Study and ask God to show you your action to care for your physical self.

Hello doctor thank u for all the wonderful genuine tips u give us.. Happy blessed Easter... Let our Lord shower all HIS wonderful blessings on you & your family.... 🙏
Dear Dr. Berg, I have frequently heard and read from some nutrition experts and other researchers that Acidic blood not only inhibits the calcium absorption but takes it from the bones and results in osteoporosis ! Whould you please explain your opinion in more details?
I was craping my leg since I was teenager , I woke midnight cramping and crying most very often , its serious pain for over 50 years suffering . A few Month ago I start taking lots vitamins as Dr Berg recommended , it’s lots of helping , thanks and appreciate,
Thx Doc... Your well rounded information is truly needed, outside of just using meds. You are the MAN!!! People ask me how do you know, this stuff. I tell them about you, but people think the internet, isn't good for quality knowledge. I'm a solid FAN.!!!

I was low in Vit D and Calcium. I could not concentrate well for a couple of years. I could tell I had trouble. I could have easily obtained narcotics for ADD like many others I know take it. I don’t care for narcotics. Fortunately, my low D and CA was discovered. Once level, my concentration ability returned and memory improved, leg spasms went away.
Thank you Thank you Thank you. @DrBerg . Last couple of days, I have been thinking of researching into Ca deficiency. You just compiled it all and served it on a platter. God bless you.
I am really missing your whiteboard videos, Dr. Berg. I love to take screenshots of the board so I can have a record of your lesson of the day. I find your new videos to be a little depressing with the gloomy background. I still like you, though!
I TOTALLY AGREE... 🙁 I really miss the old videos style. This ones are so dark and make him look kind of older... maybe a mix of the new and the old style would be great, cause this new ones are very organized.
@@Drberg hello sir. Can you please make a video on Vit D , combined with vitamin k plus the added dose of magnesium and potassium and their respective ratios. You have made lot of videos regarding this but I couldn't find all these things in one I would really appreciate if you could throw some light on how n what doses of vit A can prevent vit d toxicity and also the ratio of magnesium and potassium when taking high doses of vit d ( 120000 iu everyday ). Love and respect from India
I have most of these symptoms and recent labs show low vitamin D. Hoping that taking a supplement (at doctor's recommendation) will resolve these symptoms.
Dr berg can you please talk about feeling pain and its importance and those who don't care about it and ignore it. And you changed many of my medical concepts thank you for that and I wish you luck✨
Yes. He made a few videos on calcium rich foods. And on knee health and issues as well. Including recently. If you search his name and "calcium" or "knee", you will see a list of videos answering your question. Possibly easier to find on his website or by asking his staff.
Happy Resurrection Day to you Dr. Berg, your family and all here and thank you for your precious time!! I can't believe this video proved me right, THANK YOU DR.BERG!!
Dr.Berg has videos on many topics but I did not find a video about how to make your home smell good or what to use to make your home smell good. I think it is an important topic because those things that people use may harm their health and I wonder what to use to make the home smell good.
Love your videos Doc! Quick question: Are you a fan of the Calcium research presented by Bob Barefoot? He has several books such as The Calcium Factor and I’ve had great results with his approach. It also seems to complement your viewpoint on health. Thanks, and keep these coming!
Thank you so much for all of the information that your sharing on your RUclips Channel . I've learned so much from your Channel. I'm always taking notes whenever I'm watching your videos.
Hello dr,your doing a great job thank you so much I'm now watching your videos all day so educational and helpful, can you please talk about varicose vein and pool blood sections.thank you in advance.
I know he made at least one video about varicose veins. I would use homemade sauerkraut, learn to make it at home. Stay away from the usual vitamin c supplement.
How are you best doctor I have a problem with my skin, such as small grains and black grains, and my skin is oily, so what is the solution to my skin problems, and which vitamin do you recommend that I take for the freshness of the skin
I find that I get cramps in my legs and feet when I drink too much coffee. Consequently, as much as I enjoy coffee, I cut back when the cramping starts.
One other weird thing low calcium can cause. It has caused this all my life, but it wasn't until a few weeks ago that I was able to isolate it to low calcium. For me, if my calcium levels get too low, my nose runs like a hose. I don't mean a slightly runny nose, I mean a a lot of snot running out of my nose like a fire hose. It is horrible and it has happened to me since I was a child. It took me 50 years to figure out it was a low electrolyte...but a few more years to isolate it to calcium. I have never seen anything online nor had a doctor tell me that low calcium can cause a runny nose, but for me, it does. I seem to get rid of a lot of calcium when I sweat. So I need to be cognizant and ensure I keep my calcium levels up when I work out or use the sauna. Taking calcium supplement or eating something like yogurt will almost instantly stop the runny nose for me. It is crazy.
As I began Keto and went on to mostly Carnivore, stopping all meds and especially Citracal for one year, I noticed that I have felt increasingly in vastly better health now at 76. The only thing that diminished has been from strong fingernails to crumbly. I resumed calcium lactate and Citracal twice a day along with D3 10,000 I U which I had been taking all along and, slowly, my fingernails are returning to strong again, also better sleep. I have been including Keto Chow Daily Minerals 1 Tablespoon. My labs, BP and 40 pound weightloss are ideal! I’m very grateful for Dr Berg’s teachings which have helped me redeem my health even at my late age!
@@janjohns8291 One thing I read from longevity experts was that the older you get the more protein you need, especially beneficial is bovine protein, the less cooked the better. I believe this was from the guy who created the fast mimicking diet. As I recall, he said his 90+ year old mother eats very rare meat.
@@christophergray9227 Thank you, most of my diet is very rare Beef (Calves Liver, steaks, ground), eggs, butter and bacon with a little veg here and there, a little chicken, pork loin, sardines, cod liver! In other words, I agree!
Hi, I have similar issues my nose isn't really running but I can't breath very good through it and I noticed it gets better with Cacliumlactate. Would be interesting to know if you get worse when you take magnesium because its the antagonist of Calcium
Dr. Berg, great informative video as always. Thank you ❤️. Please do videos about all these information for kids under 16 or do mention how the same can be done to check for kids under 16. If kids can watch those videos themselves, they may start taking care about their health at very young age.
I am 18 and 9 months old and 170 centimeters tall and I want to be taller. What do you advise me and what are the best vitamins or supplements that help strengthen and grow bones
He did. If you search his name and "PCOS", you will see a list of videos answering your question in different ways. Possibly easier to find on his website or by asking his staff.
I have 650 mg hcl capsules. How many should I take with my meals? I have trouble digesting meat, the reason I cut out red meat 10 years ago. I’ve had muscles twitching for years that would come and go. I was found deficient in D in 2019. My levels are good now but I seem to be dealing with an autoimmune illness that suddenly started in August of 2020. Didn’t realize it til early 2021 as the symptoms continued to grow. Now I’ve been dealing with all sorts of inflammation, swelling and pain throughout most of my joints especially upper body and spine I’ve never had before. And lots of muscle issues the last year also.
He made a few videos to help with inflammation and autoimmune situations which helped me a lot. If you search his name and, for example, "inflammation", you will see a list of videos helping you out.
The soil that green leafy vegetables are grown are depleted of Magnesium. The commercial farmers only use NPK fertilizer. They don't use calcium or magnesium in their fertilizers.
*_Everyone has an incredible resource of calcium that they daily or weekly just throw away: egg shells._* *_What you do it boil the egg shells for 10min, then add them to a preheated oven for another 10mins._* *_If the egg shells get a faint browning from the oven, that is OK; it will add some flavor._* *_Now you add them to your spice/coffee bean grinder. And you grind them until they are a powder. I suggest you do not open the coffee grinder right away after grinding as there will be a egg shell mist._* *_You'll need a sieve; it's only the powder you want. Grind the rest again if you want, but you'll have enough now._* *_25% of a teaspoon daily at start. When people read "1 teaspoon" in a recipe, they take one "heaping teaspoon" that is wrong. Take 1 teaspoon of the egg shells, take the backside of a knife and run it over so all the access falls off: this is a teaspoon. Now take away half. Now take away another half of the rest and you'll have 25%; or 1/4 teaspoon. This you take daily with a glass of water._* *_If after a few weeks you have felt no discomfort, increase to half a teaspoon: this is your daily recommendation of calcium._* *_Alternatively, give it to your houseplants._*
Giving it to edible plants is ok because the plant knows how to transform it to usable calcium for human consumption. Or I crush it give it back to chicken.
Can calcium supplements replace, rebuild lost tooth enamel? specifically, Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite as in Jarrow Bone Up product? Calcium citrate?
Blood PH levels are very tightly controlled by our own bodies mechanisms if this goes out of control you have much more serious issues than Calcium deficiency. Also your list of symptoms can apply to many issues.
I miss the white board! Some words pass by me.. You said for low stomach acid we should take Apple cider vinegar or what?? What was the other thing he mentioned??
Ha! My friend has been experiencing eye twitching for the last few days - will have to tell her! She also often gets morning cramps/muscle spasms in calves and usually tests low in blood serum calcium. As to the thyroid link: it is so true! The only time in the last 10 years that her blood calcium has been normal was when she had a hyperthyroid spell lasting several weeks during which she lost lots of weight and - after a month or so - her blood calcium level was normal.
? I think the one he sells is the best. Otherwise try wild caught cod liver in its oil. I like a can of it 2-3 times a week. It also protects my skin against sunburn.
Symptoms of calcium deficiency:
• Anxiety
• Irritability
• Insomnia
• Muscle tension
• Spasms or cramps
• Low back pain
• Constipation
• High blood pressure
• Heart palpitations
• Frequent nose bleeds
• Soft fingernails
• Frequent cold sores
• Frequent sunburns (with limited sun exposure)
• Hives
• Frequent fevers
• Frequent hoarseness
• Chronic coughing
• Difficulty falling asleep
Many things can lower your absorption of calcium, including:
• Low vitamin D
• Low magnesium
• Low levels of hydrochloric acid in the stomach
• A deficiency of essential fatty acids
• Low estrogen
• Excessively alkaline blood
• Gut inflammation
• Hypothyroidism
• Low calcitonin

Once I did, I immediately could smell the toxins release from my body. That day, I noticed the swelling in my feet going down. On 4/16/22, I got my 2nd Vitamin D injection. I'm glad I asked a lit of questions because he told me what cocktail to get next time based on all my issues & how often I need to be getting the Vitamin D injections for the next 3 months. Where I messed up, I ate some gluten free tortillas & it immediately gave me back pain & feeling weird. I had not eaten that whole day. That day I started feeling better. Now I know one if the culprits to my inflammation.

Happy Easter. You have made enormous impact on my life and my sister's life. So glad I found you. Your information has kept me from getting diabetes like the rest of my family. Bless you.
Same here.. pretty sure I was pre-diabetic with insulin resistance.
Same here.
Dr Berg this was amazing 🤩
I just broke a bone in my foot.. I’m 65yr old .. do you think my podiatrist taught me anything like this? I don’t blame him I think it maybe a waste of their time since not many can hear alternative healing
Thanks DOC for reminding me of the connection of D and calcium !
Thank God for you. You really care about helping people get well.
The algae based calcium supps seem to be fine..
I have most of the symptoms 😭 but i have a *clueless and helpless Doctor* ThQ Dr Berg your my lifesaver 🥰 Happy Easter🐇🐣 to you and your followers!!!

Dear Dr. Berg, I have frequently heard and read from some nutrition experts and other researchers that Acidic blood not only inhibits the calcium absorption but takes it from the bones and results in osteoporosis ! Whould you please explain your opinion in more details?

What medicinal properities does curry leaves have? If they do have it, how to use it? I have 4 of them in my backyard!
@@NansGlobalKitchen Curry leaves is Superfood. They are rich in Vitamin A, B, C and B2. Curry leaves are also said to be good sources of iron and calcium. Because of this reason, curry leaves are used as part of folklore medicine to treat calcium deficiency and several other conditions.

Good to know, I always forget to take vitamin D in the evening and I live in a place with not much sunshine.
Wow amazing. Thanks for sharing!
How long did it take to level?
@@thebentzenable after increasing D to 5000 a day because I was still low, it took a couple of months.
@@cindylandry7856 🙏 thank you, I will try that too. I have ADHD and RLS , but I don't take medication anymore.
Yes I like the whiteboard too as I am a visual learner.
I TOTALLY AGREE... 🙁 I really miss the old videos style. This ones are so dark and make him look kind of older... maybe a mix of the new and the old style would be great, cause this new ones are very organized.
I also take the screenshots too on his whiteboard videos 😊
Maybe that's why he stopped making them..
I thought I was the only one who took screen shots of his white boards 😄 Dr. Berg is amazing 💕

@@Drberg hello sir. Can you please make a video on Vit D , combined with vitamin k plus the added dose of magnesium and potassium and their respective ratios.
You have made lot of videos regarding this but I couldn't find all these things in one
I would really appreciate if you could throw some light on how n what doses of vit A can prevent vit d toxicity and also the ratio of magnesium and potassium when taking high doses of vit d ( 120000 iu everyday ).
Love and respect from India
just bought krill oil yesterday after many years hiatus. hopeful it will help!! happy Easter!!!
I have most of these symptoms and recent labs show low vitamin D. Hoping that taking a supplement (at doctor's recommendation) will resolve these symptoms.
Just thank you Dr you change my health to much better
You have given me so much hope from listening to your awesome videos on various Health topics. This one is a GEM. Thank you and have a Blessed Easter.
Dr berg can you please talk about feeling pain and its importance and those who don't care about it and ignore it. And you changed many of my medical concepts thank you for that and I wish you luck✨
He may have answered this in some of his videos on pain.
What's the best way to get more calcium without drinking milk?
Stinging nettles as a soup? Or kefir if you can make it at home and there's no more sugar after a few days.
The information is great as always but that beard rocks Dr Berg!
Very thorough advice...self-centered medical diagnosis helps with this huge issue of anomalies from calcium deficiency...thanks Dr B!
Good Morning , Dr.Berg 🌞

Dr.. Will taking sea kelp & benfotiamine together make urine smell so strong?
Thx…
I would also like to see the whiteboard videos Dr Berg. Thank you so much for educating us. You are the reason for my good health.
Can you please educate us on calcium rich diet too and how one can reduce stiffness in knee joints.
Yes. He made a few videos on calcium rich foods. And on knee health and issues as well. Including recently. If you search his name and "calcium" or "knee", you will see a list of videos answering your question. Possibly easier to find on his website or by asking his staff.
Dr Berg your videos are really helpful. May I ask if smoked salmon is healthy? Cuz I heard that smoked food may be carcinogenic
I had every symptoms of low calcium except cold sore. Wow. Hopefully an answer.
Happy Resurrection Day to you Dr. Berg, your family and all here and thank you for your precious time!! I can't believe this video proved me right, THANK YOU DR.BERG!!
How do we test the PH of our stomach? A blood test or another type of test? Thank you Dr.Berg.
Your videos are greatly appreciated. God bless.
Dr.Berg has videos on many topics but I did not find a video about how to make your home smell good or what to use to make your home smell good. I think it is an important topic because those things that people use may harm their health and I wonder what to use to make the home smell good.
Cleaning it is one way. Making herbal tea can be a nice one. I often make lemon balm tea or mint tea.
Is it true that sticky rice is healthier because of the release of starch during the steaming process?

Excellent explanation! I am always surprised how good certain aspects have evolved compared to 40 years ago, when I learned the materia.
Also his videos on healthy keto and intermittent fasting will help as well.
Sir please make a video on Seborric Dermatitis this skin problem is very annoying
He may have answered this in some of his videos on skin health and issues.
How are you best doctor
I have a problem with my skin, such as small grains and black grains, and my skin is oily, so what is the solution to my skin problems, and which vitamin do you recommend that I take for the freshness of the skin
Cod liver oil is good. But I suggest you check Dr Berg's videos on skin health and issues.

I find that I get cramps in my legs and feet when I drink too much coffee. Consequently, as much as I enjoy coffee, I cut back when the cramping starts.
Coffee depletes magnesium and elevates blood pressure.
Cofee depletes calcium too
Along with creating anxiety and depression. It’s highly addictive. I’ve quit and happy I did.
Try drink cocoa powder with nonfat milk if works for you. I stop drinking coffee makes me feeling anxiety depress and cramps in my body
I'm a coffee lover but I need to change for my health
Can you do a video on Behcet's syndrome/disease ( autoimmune condition) in the US ? Appreciate your videos.
If in an aging body the acid is diminished- is the intrinsic factor also in trouble? If so how does one increase intrinsic factor?
Dr. Berg, great informative video as always. Thank you ❤️. Please do videos about all these information for kids under 16 or do mention how the same can be done to check for kids under 16. If kids can watch those videos themselves, they may start taking care about their health at very young age.
Yes! Have you checked his existing videos on children nutrition?
What about things like oxalate which bind with minerals? Oxalates are in many leafy greens.
Yes. He made a few videos on how to deal with oxalates. Also arugula and stinging nettles are very low in oxalates but high in calcium.
That's the video i was talking about ❤️
I am 18 and 9 months old and 170 centimeters tall and I want to be taller. What do you advise me and what are the best vitamins or supplements that help strengthen and grow bones

Can you please make a video on PCOS? thank you for all you do 🙏🏾 ❤️
He did. If you search his name and "PCOS", you will see a list of videos answering your question in different ways. Possibly easier to find on his website or by asking his staff.
Dr.Berg, please explain which number needs to be above 200. Do you combine both numbers or just considering systolic one. Thank you in advance!
He explains in earlier videos on digestion that if one is lacking potassium or stomach acid, one may have difficulty with digesting red meat.
Big fan Dr.
*_Everyone has an incredible resource of calcium that they daily or weekly just throw away: egg shells._*
*_What you do it boil the egg shells for 10min, then add them to a preheated oven for another 10mins._*
*_If the egg shells get a faint browning from the oven, that is OK; it will add some flavor._*
*_Now you add them to your spice/coffee bean grinder. And you grind them until they are a powder. I suggest you do not open the coffee grinder right away after grinding as there will be a egg shell mist._*
*_You'll need a sieve; it's only the powder you want. Grind the rest again if you want, but you'll have enough now._*
*_25% of a teaspoon daily at start. This you take daily with a glass of water._*
*_If after a few weeks you have felt no discomfort, increase to half a teaspoon: this is your daily recommendation of calcium._*
*_Alternatively, give it to your houseplants._*
I put egg shells in my composting bin and then that feeds my veggies and eventually (I hope) us too!
Egg shell is mostly calcium carbonate which is absolutely not well absorbed.
Giving it to edible plants is ok because the plant knows how to transform it to usable calcium for human consumption. Or I crush it give it back to chicken.
Your absolutely wonderful doctor happy to fallow your Channel

Great content. Informative. Thank you Dr Berg for sharing this.
Happy Easter! I love your videos esp your Friday live! ❤️
Thank you Dr. Berg for such valuable information
Dr.Berg would it be easier to go to a nutritionist? Thanks for video's
Most nutritionists have wrong information. Dr Berg has nutrients consultants.
Can calcium supplements replace, rebuild lost tooth enamel? specifically, Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite as in Jarrow Bone Up product? Calcium citrate?
There would have to be enough d3&k2 (check Dr Berg's videos on this) and almost no carbs, high fats moderate proteins for a few months at least.
Blood PH levels are very tightly controlled by our own bodies mechanisms if this goes out of control you have much more serious issues than Calcium deficiency. Also your list of symptoms can apply to many issues.
Yeah, check out the link with overbreathing it can throw your blood pH off. Try Butenko breathing and see if helps
Yes. Please make sure she avoids calcium carbonate. Calcium lactate is ok.
Which cod liver oil would you recommend?? I am 65 years young
😁 and am Hypothyroid…..have been for many years.
? I think the one he sells is the best. Otherwise try wild caught cod liver in its oil. I like a can of it 2-3 times a week. It also protects my skin against sunburn.
