I`m trying to convert my diet completely plant based and haven`t found a proper site which gives me a variety of ideas what to make in the morning for breakfast for lunch and dinner etc. These recipes are ridicously easy and tasty. I eat the conventional old fashioned oats made on the stove. I like my oats hot but still want to try this. Probably going to microwave wave it a bit to warm it up.
I noticed you didn’t add peanut butter to the on& j oats. Or was that added and not filmed just asking. That’s all! I see you added the peanut butter after the oats have set.

Overnight oats are so perfect as we head into spring and summer! You can also warm them up too, but I love them chilled!

Definitely give it a try! And yes, I believe you can warm it up in the morning!
Do they end up overly chewy and if so is it ok to blend the oats first...or did that mess up the meal?
No, they’re perfect! Just don’t use steal cut oats. If you blend the oats, they’ll be super gummy and mushy
I would recommend using chia powder instead of chia seeds.
Both should work! Chia powder becomes more gelatinous in my opinion.
Do these just last for the next day? Like will it not be good if you don’t eat it the next day?
If you don’t add the fruit and toppings until the day you eat them, they should last 3-4 days!

It was added towards the end of the video as a day of topping! Definitely need my nut butter!
