a tip: if u want to lower the carbs and calories, reduce the oat amount and add more chia seeds. Like a chia/oat pudding. 😁 i always do that when I cant decide if I want chia pudding or oatmeal

I'm just scrolling along looking for coffee overnight oat recipes... And these incredible blue eyes stopped me from scrolling INSTANTLY!
I see ppl leaving suggestions of adding this or that. The nice thing about overnight oats is you can get creative and play with the flavors however you want. I add hemp hearts to get extra protein. Chia seeds, barley, etc. You can't mess it up as long as you remember to add enough liquid to the mix!

I saw the lids at Walmart next to the jars recently. You saw the video 2 yrs ago so you have either figured something out - or not! But I am barely awake at 3 AM (took a trip down the hall...) and so I had the silly idea of saying hello to the past... I'm still tired!

These recipes very good and look very healthy. it would be nice if you could just speak a little slower. Thanks for the great recipes. Keep having them show up on RUclips. Also, when you get a chance if you can try to do some of your wellness shots meaning a new list. I’ve made the other one so many times so I was looking for some new recipes. Aloha from Hawaii.

When you meal prep how long does it take? Im trying to meal prep for the 1st time and it seems like an all day responsibility.

So If you want to eat different meals every day it's going to take long. What I do is pre meal prep. I chop up veggies and portion out meats so cooking every day is very quick and I can season differently every day. Then you can start having some staples in your fridge for example cooked ground beef (maybe one week taco seasoning another week rosemary thyme and tomato paste and so on), shredded chicken, and it's easy to put together meal.

Looks so good but so much sugar, Maple syrup is so high in sugar would it still taste good without the maple syrup?

My point exactly. Way too much sugar added in these.

Don't want to waste the oats. Will just use until finished. Will just use sparingly for resistant starch

So I'm new to this, this being the second video watched and both say you need syrup...why do they need syrup? I just went to the store earlier and bought a bunch of stuff to make overnight oats but I didn't get any syrup....can I still do this without syrup?

Yes I believe you can if you want it sweet then put something else in it. You can play around with it😊
