I use that brand of hummus too....is my secret to creating the most amazing salad dressing !!!! I mix about a tablespoon of it, with a little soy sauce, a little wholegrain mustard, some garlic powder and lemon juice, then thin it out with some water BOOM !!!!....I pour it all over my massive salad bowls, is so creamy and satisfying !!!! 👍😋👌
I have a hummus trick to lower the fat and salt in store bought hummus. I throw a can of no salt chickpeas in my food processor with some of the aqua faba from the can, about 5 or so tablespoons, I add lemon juice and a little balsamic vinegar and blend till smooth, then I add the store bought hummus to the food processor with it. Then I get a delicious hummus that is less calorie dense. I know it’s not perfect like a true sos free diet, but better!

I could never eat veggies for breakfast. Im now trying Raw til Four plus some pieces of wild meat with dinner (so not vegan ). Freelee would say that its not enough sweet. What is ur take on that? She is not in a calorie defecit, she eats more than 3000 cals a day (she sais).

do you ever eat tofu? i love eating korean soup called sundubu jjigae and it is made with soft tofu. i grew up eating a lot of rice noodle soups with tofu in it.
my produce guy that orders my potatoes for me by the case ,said Japanese sweet potatoes and purple stoak are 40% higher in calories than the orange or white
Thanks for the Vid Chelsea. I'm just starting the Starch Solution and have a question. Do I need to eat big meals? I prefer to eat small and often, it's just the way that suits my body best. Should i still do the 50/50 plate with each meal that i eat?
This is exactly what happens to me. So I do a big 50/50 plate and then divide it in 2. And I eat half like 2-3 hours apart. For dinner I do have a small plate only.
I wonder why you are the only vegan youtuber I follow that cooks in microwave. I cook alot in my microwave mainly oatmeal, frozen broccoli and other veggies in the bag.
Here's my question tho, if you start at 300lbs then you will need twice that amount of broccoli and breakfast to fuel that body for long enough just for it to move around until lunch time right? And now that you are thin, you eat that amount to maintain

Not a big deal. People don't NOT lose weight from the calories in Japanese sweet potato, they don't lose because of high calorie processed foods.

How many minutes do you steam the broccoli in the microwave for perfect broccoli?
I do 5 for fresh and 6 for frozen. Play around with it. I don't like it if it's too mushy .
