I’ve made this my new mantra. I have A LOT of anxiety and I get stuck easily. This has helped already. I wish I’d heard these things earlier in life, but at least I can go forward with it now.

I always thought it was all about willpower but I don’t think that’s what it is. I believe it’s about motivation. You have to have the motivation to change and want the changes bad enough to do better and stop self-sabotaging. This is my first time trying this kind of “dieting”. And so far, it’s working brilliantly! Thank you! And thanks to Broccoli Mum, I found you! 😁
It's A decision. I struggle soooo much with making decisions, and this spoke so loudly to me and made it so plain. It's not a right or wrong, good or bad decision... it's A decision. I OFTEN get so stuck and can't move forward, but this helps a lot. Thank u so very much for the information and perspectives u bring. Don't focus on where I want to be and only see that as the win or success. Instead, look at doing the things u need to do to reach ur goals as wins.
