Following a calorie density plan is the best. Thanks for all the great ideas. Love oat/banana 'cookies.' I think if you ordinarily would eat 1/4 of that as porridge for a meal, same goes if they are in the form or 'cookies." I usually eat 2 meals, because I don't get hungry till 10:30, 11 am. Fun to have a snack at night like you showed. Tonight I had avocado toast, but usually I don't want anything. That from a lifetime binge/volume eater. All those frantic wasted years, and now I get all I want, if not today, I'll have it another day. I need what you are teaching, even though I've heard some form of it a million times. Another yummy oat idea. Rolled Oat Pancakes. Save leftover cold porridge and mix with ground flax seed, water or plant milk, cinnamon and (optional) chickpea flour. Add your choice of grated raw apple or cooked cubed apple, grated carrot and nutmeg, or berries etc (whatever taste you want). Cook spoonfuls in a non stick pan, to serve add pure maple or date syrup and more fruit if wanted. Also yummy to grab and eat cold as they are.

I made a banana chocolate bread with oats, coconut flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda and powder , bananas, chia and flex seeds, nut milk, Lily chocolate chips. Mix well and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Delicious 😋

Hi Carroll from Vancouver Island British Columbia. I have a dessert I created that satisfies my craving for ice cream. I make popsicles, made from blending avocado , fruit, stevia, almond milk , and apple sauce. They come out great. If you want It creamier, just add more avocado. Love your show, simply easy and lots of good advice, from someone so young (I am in my 70’s). Keep up the good work.

I am at the point of my weight loss now (last 10 pounds) where I cannot eat anything at night or it shows on the scale the next morning. I don’t even snack between meals anymore. However, those cookies look delicious and I may “test” one out to see how it effects my weight. I usually freeze things like this to prevent me from gobbling them up. Thank you so much for sharing
I love all your yummy desserts! I spent the whole summer having banana, blueberry and strawberry nice-cream. Lately I have just been having strawberries for dessert! Almost every day!

Nice! Sweets are always a problem for me. So sometimes I will do a tablespoon of peanut butter(powdered is lower calorie) and some choc. chips AND frozen banana on top of 1/2 cup hot oatmeal and that will usually satisfy me. I agree, cant do this every night!
@@CastledarkDweller27 so I think keeping them as is makes it more like dessert. I'm not craving a smoothie so hot oatmeal is the "cake" and the mush frozen banana the "ice cream" and the nice "toppings" the pb and few chips.

There’s got to be a substitute for bananas in vegan recipes. I can’t even touch a banana without gagging. That leaves about 50% of recipes out for me. Any suggestions?

The date mix is genius. I really miss granola on my smoothie bowls but most of it is so high fat. This will give me the crunch I miss. Thanks Chels
