Chelsea, I gotta talk to you lol ...I have been pretty much binging on your videos because I knew I was right that you CAN lose weight eating this way. My friend has been telling me that the keto diet is the way to go but I really don't like meat. I am so wanting to go ahead and start this way of eating but I'm scared of carbs lol. Do you think even if I am 54( a young 54 ) that I can lose weight this way ? I take no pills or anything ,and have no illness so I'm sure u can do it way better then I could do the keto for sure. You can totally lose weight eating this way. We have a ton of women over 50 who have lost since joining my program! Age has nothing to do with it. If I can do this, so can you!
No matter what diet you do, you must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. I love eating this way because of how good I feel. I do still eat some meat every now and again because my family is not on board with a vegan lifestyle. But I find I do not feel so great after I do. Plus I do not get to eat as much if I eat meat. I am all about that calorie density Chelsea talks about in her videos. I want to fill my body will low calorie high volume foods. I follow Chelsea because she is real and does not spend hours and hours on her recipes. Cause aint nobody got time for that LOL

How often do you suggest weighing yourself. I find I stay motivated if I weigh daily first thing in the morning, and then average my weight at the end of the week. Then I see the averages go down. What do you recommend? I love your dear family.

I can’t imagine anything worse than a cold potato for dinner 🤢🤮 but it’s great that the little girl can eat that as I’m sure it’s super healthy 👍🏽 the girls are lucky to be brought up on a healthy plant based diet ❤️ they’re blessed as it really will set them up well and impact their lives in so many positive ways 💕💞💕

I wish you had a TV series I could watch I love when you do RUclips like this it was fun to see with a friend brushing your teeth because I know I don't brush my teeth enough and that also is an important part of health. I love seeing you with your family I am not with my family I'm a lot older than you and they live in another state. I would love to go for a walk with a wonderful friend I just left watching everything visiting your mom's house again your mom's food looked delicious too it was an uplifting video and inspiring. I still have problems even though I've lost 40 pounds I still am fluctuating a little bit I'm seeing at age 58 1/2 how much fat can I add in terms of avocado and nuts and it turns out they're really good for me I need them for my brain. The Chef AJ approach doesn't work for me it's a little too harsh and I check with my vegan doctors and yes I need the facts and they're good for me and I have self-control I'm just trying to test the waters and figure out if I can add some foods and really just relax and let myself enjoy them like these amazing bagels from San Francisco they're super healthy having that with avocado or peanut butters like heaven on earth. I'm trying to exercise more but I get these little plateaus were all I can do is rest and I have to learn that's OK I had need to listen to my body
If it’s possible to eat too much fruit on this diet, wouldn’t something similar to raw till 4 be better where you can eat fruit and vegetables as well as potatoes and rice in abundance? Personally I’ve never put on weight by eating fruit so maybe it’s to do with metabolism? 🤔 there’s so many different diets out there it’s hard to know which to follow 😩

Try WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based), chef AJ, she explains calorie density and you never go hungry but you lose lots of weight in a healthy way.
