You know it's a great project when even though you watched the full step by step creation process, when it is done you go "That's amazing! How in the world did he make something so cool?"
LOL! Really appreciate that. Please let me know if we go to fast or skip parts that we should elaborate on. We certainly want to provide details without dragging the episodes out. Thanks for watching!
Jedi Knight Jairin Aiki thank you! Yep, we learned that awesome trick from Punished Props Academy. It really turns out great when you apply heat that way. Thanks for watching!
Until I stumbled across your channel; I honestly thought I was one of the only prop builders that used food packaging and drink lids in my builds. Glad to see I'm not alone.
Expanding foam in a can is a great thing to use to fill the mask and give it the support you want. I love your channel and all the amazing projects you create. I also love the production value of your videos.
As always, youve brightened my day and inspired me. I have recently been turning my room into a completely geeked out star wars room, including a droid DJ to spin up some tunes! None of this could have been done without your inspiration. One thing though, could you possibly provide an estimated cost for your projects in the future? It would really help for me and others to be able to build what you make
Thank you so much! Your project sounds amazing and I know we would all love to see it. I will try to include an estimated price for you in the future. It really will depend on the tools you might have, but I also include materials in the description that we purchase on Amazon, so you should be able to look through that for some pricing. We are currently also working on our Website to up the level of information including build logs with all the parts and pricing, i will keep you all posted on that. For this project I have an estimated $85 in material. But keep in mind that does not include tools or parts I had on hand. Hope that helps, we'll improve on this in the future to give you a better idea.
I love what you're doing! You've made me realize that all the cool little bits of things I've been saving over the years is my greeblies stash! One of these days I'm going to find the right project to use some of them. Thanks for the inspiration!
I just watched an episode of The Clone Wars. This video plus that episode gives me inspiration for a Trandosian trophy room with a bunch of different Star Wars species heads on the wall.
I'll doing it myself just right now using a Hasbro Star Wars helmet as base for a pilot of my own. Best timing ever. I'll post you a pic on Twitter anytime soon.
A great way to dip your toes into foam smithing. The scarf makes me think of some sort of desert dweller. I can't wait to see where this series ends up.
What can I say about that, I have no superlatives left; I can’t swear on a public forum! THIS IS JUST FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve just shouted across the public address system at work trying to spread the word of your epicness🤣 I may be in trouble oh well it’s worth it😘

You have done very well with this build, especially as a first time foam smith. I look forward to next week when I get to see what you are going to do with this bust. My only question is in universe, how is the welding mask held on? I don't see a band or rivets or screws or other fasteners.
Thank you very much! You know, you are 100% correct, I need to asters how the goggles are attached. I will absolutely address that before the next episode. Thanks!
@@Plastic_Spaceman yes indeed. My wife and I are prepping for dual costume builds. We hope to have them built and ready for Star Wars Celebration next August. We'll be sure to bring you all on for the ride ;)

My character, Captain Vertigo, was the terror of the table. I was half-droid, half revolutionary. Hated the Empire, not too cool with the rebels, went into business for himself. At the end had better blaster skill than Han Solo, better power sword skill than Jedi, but it didn`t matter because Light side Force. Don`t have an arch-enemy that has mad force powers in this game. You will lose in the long run. Besides, everyone at the table was against me. I sort of betrayed them all. Good times.
Don't forget to grime up the scarf a bit.. Sweat stains around the neck, bit of yesterday's breakfast... because everyone knows you shouldn't try and eat those hydroised protein bars while piloting your ship. Especially when trying navigate an asteroid field... 🤤
