    Hey BEAT family, just wanted to stop in and share my thoughts and experiences on healthy and unhealthy churches. My heart is heavy for so many of you because my fear is that so many believers are attending unhealthy churches and I hope this video will show them some signs to look for in an unhealthy church. Many years ago when I was attending Times Square Church in New York, a man in the audience stood up and started speaking in tongues with no interpretation. The pastor, David Wilkerson, stood up from his seat on the stage and said, “Ushers, STOP THAT MAN!” He wasn’t going to let any unhealthy behavior to continue. Then you must know the next part that you didnt say , is that tongues that are Given Out in a church congregation that does have interpretation, IS biblical. David wilkerson knew this very well and pastor david Spoke in tongues and Operated in many, if not all the gift of the spirit. and he had great discernment . If what you are saying is true, then pastor david discerned demonic or error in that isolated instance , but Pastor D would not Forbid tongues ( God given) which is scriptural . ...***Greetings, Beloved of God. This message is lengthy but, it is very important.
      The ancient Israelites was tested by the Sabbath commandment to see if they would keep God’s law or no in Exodus 16:4-
      Do not be surprised if God allow man to do a similar test, enforce some type of Sabbath law to see if we will keep His law or no.
      ************************************************
      Right now, we all do not see eye to eye, but, please hear me out..............
      There is no way anyone can prove from the KJV Bible that Saturday, Sunday, etc. is the biblical seventh day Sabbaths. For, the words Saturday, Sunday, etc. do not appear in the Bible.
      A continuous Saturday, Sunday, etc., “man made Sabbaths” ARE NOT the true Bible Sabbaths because they are not calculated by true time. God’s true time is written in Genesis 1:14.
      When God commanded us to keep a seventh day Sabbath, kill the Passover on the 14th day of the first month, keep the day of atonement on the 10th day of the seventh month, etc......would He not have given us a calendar/Time to find these dates?
      Yes, He would have and He did, in Genesis 1:14. We are commanded to keep the days, years, etc. by the lights in heaven (the sun, moon and stars.)
      God did not specify which days, so, we must conclude that He meant for all of His 3 category of days to be kept by the lights in heaven.
      ***********
      The Sabbath command is one of the Ten Commandments listed in Exodus 20. It is just as important as the other nine and God commands us to keep it.
      Multitudes of people think and teach that we are only required to keep 9 of God’s Ten Commandments. My Friend, if we think this way, we are already deceived.
      ***The Sabbath is a feast. Leviticus 23:1-3
      ***The moon is for seasons. Psalms 104:19
      ***The lights in heaven are for seasons, etc. Genesis 1:14
      ***The words “feast” and “season” comes from the same Hebrew word, MOED.
      ***MOED is, appointed times, appointments, feast, season, etc.
      The Sabbath is a MOED, an appointed time , a feast, a season, etc. Therefore, the moon, along with the other lights in heaven, are for Sabbaths.
      THE SABBATH IS TO BE CALCULATED BY THE TIME GOD ORDAINED IN THE BEGINNING OF CREATION NOT BY MAN’S TIME/CALENDARS.
      Who can prove from Genesis 1:14 that the Sabbath day is not calculated by the lights in heaven? Although many have tried, it cannot be refuted!!
      Take a glimpse at the dates in Genesis 7:11 and Genesis 8:4,13,14. Are these dates calculated by the Time God commanded in Genesis 1:14 or by the Gregorian time or some other man made time?
      **********
      There are about 167 countries that keep Sunday as the seventh day and the remaining, approximately, 64 countries keep Saturday as the seventh day.
      If there is a “seventh day Sunday law” enforced and the remaining 64 countries change their calendars to read Sunday as the seventh day, then, the world will be keeping Sunday the seventh day as the Sabbath.
      Mon. Tue. Wed. Thur. Fri. Sat. Sunday Law
      1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7
      What day will you and I then keep as the Sabbath?
      Already today, there are “Sunday Blue Laws” on government books.
      Man can change “their” time anytime and deceive the world under the leadership of Satan. We must calculate God’s Sabbath by God’s Time so The Great Deceiver can not trick us about the true Sabbath and “cause” us to worship him.
      “ He will think to change time and laws.” says Daniel 7:25
      He only “THOUGHT” to change time when He “supposedly” had replaced God’s calendar with his calendar on earth. For he could not and has not truly change time because God’s Time sits in the heavens where no man can tamper with it! The sun, moon and stars, the lights in heaven, are God’s Time/Calendar.
      ***********
      God’s Calendar has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day. 2 Kings 4:18-23 & Ezekiel 46:1-3. The new moon day is the first day of the month, the beginning of months. These days never, ever, ever overlaps each other on God’s Time!
      ........However, this is not true on the famous Gregorian calendar. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on that calendar, in a given month.
      For example, sometimes, the new moon day falls on a “man made Saturday Sabbath”, on a “man made Sunday Sabbath”, in the midst of the month, etc.
      How can it both be the first day of the month and the seventh day Sabbath?
      How can the first day of the month start in the midst of a month?
      God said in Genesis 1:14 to, let the lights in heaven be for days, etc.
      So, which one or ones of God’s three category of days are kept by the lights in heaven?
      ...The new moon day?
      ...The six work days?
      ...The Sabbath day?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Example of God’s months:
      1st week... new moon day, six work days and Sabbath day
      2nd, 3rd, 4th weeks....six work days and Sabbath day
      The next month the cycle starts over.
      God’s months reset. Read Luke 6:1
      Man uses this same concept. For example:
      The 1st and 3rd Sunday in August, the 1st and 3rd Sunday in September.”
      “The 2nd and 4th Sabbath in April, the 2nd and 4th Sabbath in May.”
      Note: There is never, never, ever, ever, 5 weekly Sabbaths in any one of God’s months.
      This is not true on the Gregorian calendar. Sometimes, there are 5 weekly “Gregorian Sabbaths.” This is not in align with true time.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I believe there is a great deception coming to get people to worship Satan through a false Calendar/Sabbath controversy.
      God is a God of truth. God guides people by His truth. God’s Word is truth. Truth is our shield and buckler. Truth will keep us from all deceptions, the mark of beast, etc.
      Christ did not suffer on the cross for us to walk in a lie and continue to cling to our traditions! He did not die for us to keep obeying the “voice of man” above “the voice of God!”
      Read the stories about “King Saul” in 1 Samuel 15 and the “man of God” in 1 king 13. Let us learn a lesson from these testimonies....Obey God’s Voice!
      When we do and teach man’s commandments for doctrine, it is vain! It is useless! God does not honor it! There will be no reward!
      Again! there is a great possibility some type of “Man made Sabbath Law” could be enforced. These latter days crises seems to be pointing in that direction. If this is not true, then, we do not have to worry about it......But.....
      ....If it is truth then, we need to become more knowledgeable about this subject in order to make the right decision whom we will honor and serve.

      A Sabbath test will reveal those who believe Gods Word in Genesis 1:14 and those who do not believe His Word.
      Whether there is or whether there is not a “Sabbath Test”, we still need to know the truth about God’s Time written in the Word of God so we can be obedient in all things.
      ***Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea.
      ***Babylon is fallen! Babylon is fallen!
      ***Do not worship the Beast and receive his mark, whosoever does, will be eternal lost and be burnt with fire and brimstones.
      ****Read Revelation 13 & 14
      This truth about God’s Calendar/Time and The Sabbath written in Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:1-3, Psalms 104:19, etc.is spreading throughout the four corners of the earth.
      This message enrages many who claim to be followers of Christ because they can not refute it. It seems, the people outside the church buildings are the ones eagerly accepting it and believing it.
      Please let us consider what is being said here and further research this important subject before it is to late.
      Peace and Love Friends of God

It was a scary thing for me leaving the U.P.C. as they taught us that if we left that GOD would cut us off from his spirit and we'd be "turned over to a reprabate mind, was forever lost , would burn in hell forever and that there was no hope for us to ever know GOD again." But, i left when I was 18 ! So I lived the next 10 years BELIEVING everything that they taught us ! So I believed i was hopeless for about the next 10 years. During the end of that time i had sank into a dark, major clinical depression. To make a long story short, that major depression was the beginning of my healing and GOD REVEALED HIMSRLF TO ME IN SUCH A WAY THAT I'LL NEVER DOUBT THAT HE KNOWS ME, THAT HE'S MY LOVING FATHER AND THAT JESUS DID FOR ME ON THE CROSS WHAT I HAD SPENT MY LIFE TRYING TO DO BUT ALWAYS FAILED AT... WHICH WAS TRYING TO EARN HIS LOVE BY BEING "GOOD"! I am so thankful for his grace and all the chains/bonds that have been broken so now I can walk in the freedom of his LOVE! So much false doctrine, so much man-made rules and the worst part of it is even if you show them in the Word that what they believe is wrong, they will STILL not believe and continue to hold fast to their beliefs. They cannot be wrong about anything and if you don't agree with them, its YOU who needs to pray and ask God for more understanding. It's very cult like and hard to adequately explain to those who have not been through it. "5/30/11 From The Lord, Our God and Savior
      The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
      For The Lord’s Little Flock, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear
      Thus says The Lord: I have bestowed many gifts upon this generation, and lo, the small of My flock have received knowledge and revelation beyond compare. Yet I ask you, who has truly received? Who has been humbled by My words and given thanks? Who among all these scattered flocks has taken joy in My gifts? Beloved, who among this great multitude seeks out My will, to know it? And who, among all these so-called believers, takes pleasure in My Law, saying, “I delight to do Your will, O God, for Your Law is written in my heart”?[1]
      Yet My people remain foolish, and this little flock envious. For I tell you the truth: Unrighteous jealousy is the companion of fools. For those who envy also grab hold of jealousy, walking hand in hand with covetousness. Beloved, there is but One who sees, One who knows, only One who searches the hearts and minds - I AM HE. How is it then that My people sit in judgment, judging My Word and My will, resisting My ways as they look upon others with contempt? Shall you also seek to ascend above The Most High?! Shall you sit upon My throne?! For I tell you the truth, each time you sit in judgment and question My ways, you walk in satan’s aspirations; you follow in his footsteps![2]
      And when I bless another, why do you not take joy in it? And when I correct you, why do you resist and question My ways? Am I not The Lord? Do I not give to each according to their faith, according to that which I see in their heart? Why do you in your arrogance set a line for Me to follow, or think within yourselves there must be a better way? And how is it you continually compare yourselves amongst yourselves, knowing this is unwise?[3] Beloved, I have prepared a place for you! Therefore offer up thanksgiving, and cease from your complaints. Forgive and bless, let go and obey, love one another and wash each other’s feet. Take joy in all I do, especially in that which I bestow upon another. And when I feed you, eat from your own plate and give thanks.
      Little flock, it is the last hour, yet many of you have stepped backward. Let it be known to you: One who treads the path, going up and down, stepping on and off at their convenience, treads not the path, but is like one who treads water. By no means shall they be able to keep their head above water, nor shall their strength deliver them in the Day of Troubles.
      Therefore heed My words, and also do them;
      Be wise in your dealings with Me,
      Humble yourselves and remember...
      Blessed are those who run to Me,
      For they shall be blessed in My presence;
      Even more blessed are those who run to Me,
      Then obey My Word, for their blessing
      Is complete and they are at peace...
      Deliverance they shall surely know...
      Says The Lord."

    As an eight year old Baptist kid, I went to every VBS in town, just like all the other Protestant kids. The Pentecostal church VBS was the best, hands down! On Saturday night, families came to a short service followed by our "graduation." My sixteen-year-old brother had taken me. Shortly after the sermon began, a chunky teenager fell down in the aisle and it looked like he was having a seizure; people started shouting, blabbering and waving their arms. This threw me into sensory overload and I ran to the car! Moments later, my brother caught up with me. We sat in the car, both shaken, and he thanked me for running off, giving him a valid reason for running out of there too!

They then started to push people who began to fall, and I became super skeptic. I guess my face showed my skepticism as my friend asked me if I was afraid, and all I could tell her was that I wasn't use to this type of behavior. Needless to say, I left before the preaching even began and my heart told me it was a circus not a revival. Spiritual discernment is truly a gift and I thank the Lord everyday for this, because too many Christians fall for these charismatic churches and fail miserably at reading the Bible to gain spiritual discernment. I get it. As a teen I went to church religiously and attended plenty conventions. I wanted so badly for god to use me! I just wanted to be at least half of the women my mother is. I couldn't bring myself to fake it. If I thought I could pull it off i probably would have. However it felt me feeling like something was wrong with me. Jesus did criticize leaders who made bigger issues of little details and ignored the more important ones. He also emphasized not to ignore the smaller ones either. This is the problem with the charismatic movement: there is an almost pagan emphasis on experience. When emotion takes control of you, your mind shuts down. The bible says the fruit of the spirit is self control, discernment. The law says love God with all your mind, not all your feelings. Your mind must rule over your feelings, not the other way arround.

      I agree with you.Try to figure this one out.I once volunteered to be a catcher at a charasmatic church when the minister was laying hands.Where they told me to stand no person every came up to have hands laid on them so when the minister walked by me he didn't see anyone and went to the next person.The minister never saw me because I was standing a few feet back with other catchers.My knees buckled and I went down like a wet noodle.I laid there on the floor with the most awesome feeling of peace.Iam not an emotional man and have a very intimidating presence because of my size and look.I was just a construction worker who went to church with a young lady who asked me to go.God is good.

      @@uncledodad I'm sure your experience was wonderful. However, there was nothing biblical about it. We don't ever see any of the apostles do this. This is a purely modern invention. More importantly, the important thing is not how this made you feel, the important thing is: Was Gods full council preached purely? Demons are just as capable of giving you a feeling of peace, in fact, most pagan religions often involve sensual experiences. The peace that God gives is not a fleeting feeling, it is to stand in the right relationship with Him through Christ.

John fell out when he saw the Lord when on the island of Patmos. Also, have you had an experience of peace from a demon? Doesn't Jesus say that a house divided against itself will not stand? Peace is a fruit of the spirit, not a fruit of the evil one. To call it sensual and dismiss it is to dismiss the fruit that Jesus brings. Further, discernment is not listed as a fruit of the spirit but rather a gift of the spirit and it is specifically a discernment of spirits. People often confuse it with wisdom but it is the ability to discern when something is demonic or out of line with scripture. And if I'm not mistaken the word says to love the Lord with all you heart, mind, and strength. God is an emotional being as well as mighty and infinite and we are made in His image. How can you worship with just your mind? The heart needs to be involved as well.

      _I have belonged to charismatic churches where the emphasis was on the Word of God._
      I can't help notice that you've placed that in the past tense. Why have you left?
      _Being slain in the spirit is not a modern invention. Look up the history of many revivals and you will see people falling out in the spirit. Ezekiel fell out when he saw a likeness of the glory of the Lord. John fell out when he saw the Lord when on the island of Patmos_
      Uhm, is it really necessary to point out the enormous category error here? Ezekiel and John fell on the ground because they came face to face _with the Living God_ , not with a flashy preacher slapping them with his jacket. To even suggest those two things are the same borders on blasphemy. Show me where in Acts did the Apostles ever "slay people with the spirit", causing them to fall down.
      _Also, have you had an experience of peace from a demon?_
      Have you never met a Buddhist? Their entire religion is about being at peace, but what does Paul say? Those who worship idols worship demons. Satan is the great liar, the one who "disguises himself as an angel of light". Are you seriously suggesting that Satan is unable to give people a false sense of peace?
      _Doesn't Jesus say that a house divided against itself will not stand?_
      How is deception "dividing Satan against himself"? Deception is what the kingdom of Satan is build on.
      _Peace is a fruit of the spirit, not a fruit of the evil one._
      Peace is not a feeling, it is a state of mind. Peace is something you have every moment of every day. Not only when some crazy self appointed cult leader hits you with his jacket. Peace is what you have even when the Romans throw you to the lions.
      _Further, discernment is not listed as a fruit of the spirit but rather a gift of the spirit_
      And you think there is a difference, because.....
      In Romans 12:2, Paul _commands_ Christians to discern the will of God. This is something _all_ believers need to do. In Galathians 22-23, it says one of the things the Spirit produces is _self-control_ - which is the exact opposite of what happens when people "get slain by the spirit".
      _and it is specifically a discernment of spirits_
      No, it is a discernment of the will of God. Yes, we must discern between spirits, but we must discern first and foremost between right and wrong.
      _People often confuse it with wisdom but it is the ability to discern when something is demonic or out of line with scripture._
      Like when pagan practices of sensualism and mysticism enters the church at the expense of sound rational exegesis of God's Word?
      _And if I'm not mistaken the word says to love the Lord with all you heart, mind, and strength_
      Actually, in the ancient Hebrew understanding, the heart was the seat of your thoughts. The kidneys were thought of as the seat of your emotions. The idea of the heart being the seat of your emotions is a modern, western construct, not an ancient Hebrew one. And you'll notice that kidneys was not listed there. Likewise, we are commended to have self control. That means, we are controlled by our minds, not our feeling. Also, when you page over to 1 Cor 13, you'll find the Biblical definition of love. Warm and fuzzy feelings - though a product of love - is not definitional of love. Love is a verb, not a feeling. I can assure you, Jesus felt no warm and fuzzy feelings on the cross as he cried out: "My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?"
      _How can you worship with just your mind? The heart needs to be involved as well
      _
      I never said we should worship him without feelings. But those feelings must brought under control. It must flow from sound theology, and it must never take control of us. Ofcause I feel joy when I sing the Psalms, but its not a mindless joy, it is a joy that flows from the contemplation of the depth of the lyrics in the Psalms. It is joy rooted in knowledge. And even though I feel joy, I never loose control of my body and falls to the ground. Nowhere in the New Testament do you ever see this happen in the ministry of the apostles.

It should never take awhile, if it doesn’t feel comfortable... it’s not good! It did not take me years to figure it out. I was out of there in a matter of weeks. Sunday worshippers will always be church hopping. These denominations are not in line with God's commandments. Therefore, only evil spirits, (in the form of speaking tongues) pastors and Prophets that are in these places.

    • @aldandrea

      @@bassman8564 hey man read Romans 14 Sunday worship would be wrong if a person were worshipping a day but meeting on the first day of the week to worship the one true God is awesome.
      Sunday aka '1st day' is seen as the most special day of the week to gather together in communal worship, for me it's so and for you it's obviously not, but as stated already Read Romans 14 Christians are free to worship all week long and they are also free to consider Sunday to be an extra special day to gather to worship.
      Other believers consider Saturday to be the best day to gather like many Israeli believers do. Anyway your statement that Sunday worshippers hop around churches holds no weight..some may of course, but I guess with cults who see Sunday worshippers as evil it's less hoping around as they'd be a lot less local likedoctrined congregations to choose from.
      I hope you manage to read Romans 14 and Colossians for your self.

      @@aldandrea hey, the problem with all Sunday worshippers, they misunderstand Paul's writings to their own destruction. (2 Peter 3:15-16) Turning them into another gospel. (Gal 1:6) You worship the Creator in VAIN when you set aside ANOTHER day for worship. For the tradition of Sunday worship is given by Satan, through man and not the Creator. (Mark 7:7-9) The Father said he sanctified, made HOLY the Seventh-day unto himself.(Ex 16:22) NOT EVERYDAY. Is Romans 14 saying you CAN esteem any day OVER the DAY the FATHER has given us? God forbid. For the 4th commandment of SIN would have no effect. Which says Remember to keep MY DAY HOLY. (Is 58:13) If God has chosen A day unto himself for worship and MADE it a LAW, why do you keep another, committing a SIN in the process? (1 John 3:4) You guys have spin, twisted Paul's writings to be contrary to the words of the Father and the Son. Worthy to be avoided. (Rom 16:17) To the point where you refuse to keep HIS DAY and eat UNCLEAN foods. A recipe for earthly and heavenly destruction of your body and soul. As if all that the Father has put in place for the goodness of mankind, is now changed. FAR FROM IT. Because the Father said; "I change NOT." (Mal 3:6)
      Sunday, 1st first day of the week, is seen by the many Christ speaks of, to be entering the wide gate on to the Broad Road to destruction. (Matt 7:13) But only a few, obeying God's commands, will find the straight and narrow path unto life.
      (vs 14)
      The weight on Sunday church hoppers, is very heavy. From this forum to personal experience. I've seen many on this path. Being restless, trying to find a home in Christ. For every time they get comfortable in one, the Father exposes them in their FALSEHOOD. Not realising that staying in your Dwellings away from these places, on the GIVEN day by the Father, is the key to finding God's truth, reading the scriptures. (Lev 23:3) Which would keep you away from lying pastors and false prophets. Subsequently marking yourself to the MOST HIGH. (Ez 20:20) But the thing about this controversy, there is NO scripture that has changed the HOLY DAY from the 7th to the 1st. ONLY history will show this to be by the RCC. And if you fail to acknowledge this, then your mind is seared as if with a hot iron with FALSE doctrines. (1 Tim 4:1-2) And your soul will be lost as a result. But the conclusion to this WHOLE matter, is to "fear God and keep His commandments: for THIS is the WHOLE DUTY of MAN." (Ecc 12:13)
      I pray you have ears to hear and Eyes to see the deception that you are a part of. Peace.

      @@bassman8564 wow that was a reply that must have taken time to put together!
      For keeping Shabbath' for salvation you would have to keep the whole old testament law and I just don't think Bassman that you are keeping the whole old testament law as for one and you can't as there is no Jewish temple performing all the required sacrifices. Even if there were a temple no one can be saved by keeping the law. Romans 3:20 and Galatians 3:11!
      Also if keeping the Jewish 'Shabbath' were a requirement for salvation then the NT would be extremely clear about it. Instead rather we have Romans 14 and Colossians 2:16 for starters!

    i was just baptized at 20 years old in a pentecostal church and seeing this video has helped me come to a conclusion about some things i've wondered. i go to a very small church (under 50 people who come each week) and i'm very thankful that none of the things you've said related to the church i go to besides some initial pressure to receive the gift of speaking in tongues.
    but my pastor has explained that he went to a conference for pastors and has been preaching more over the past few months about ALL of the spiritual gifts. this is why he's encouraging us to explore them if you feel like speaking in tongues has been difficult or you feel connected to God in a different way. he even said that forcing it will only make your relationship with God worse because you're not being true to yourself. he's an amazing pastor and is so selfless to the point where he doesn't make any income from the church; he does it because he wants us all to have Jesus in our hearts.
    regardless though, i've been to conferences where i've been physically pushed to fall over or someone was yelling in my face to speak in tongues. personally, i have sensory issues and this prevented me from feeling the spirit while i was there. i'm glad you were able to leave the church and you continued your journey with God! may He bless you in everything :)

      Realize that there are two different types of believers in this world. There are those who understand scripture and who are growing in the knowledge and the blessings of God and there are the believers who are deceived and who will remain in sin and sickness their whole entire lives. Sadly more then 95% of believers fall into the deceived category and this is why scripture relates that only a remnant will be saved.
      “Isaiah also cries out concerning Israel: “Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, The remnant will be saved.”
      Romans‬ ‭9:27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.
      Scripture relates that if we are ignorant of God’s laws and commands then we are living in sin. Scripture also relates that sin will bring sickness and suffering into our life since sin and sickness is of the devil. So if you are someone who can get sick or you currently have an affliction in your life then you are definitely living in sin and you certainly have fallen for the devil’s many lies. Sin and sickness clearly reveals that you are a deceived believer since it proves that you did not allow the Holy Spirit to teach you how to overcome your sin.
      “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭3:8‬ ‭NKJV
      Many are deceived because they foolishly believe that they can never stop sinning or overcome sickness in this lifetime and they deny the very blessing that Jesus provided for everyone through His sacrifice and the gift of His Holy Spirit. Others like Charismatics and Pentecostals are deceived because of their misguided interpretations of scripture and so they basically believe that they are apostles who are able to cast out demons. Most believers are so deceived that do not even understand the differences between a Believer, a Disciple, a Christian and a Apostle and so I will now explain.
      First understand that every one of us is born in sin and in ignorance of God’s truth. EVERYONE! The problem with the majority of believers is that they will remain that way their whole entire lives since they are not comprehending what God related to us in scripture. Because they lack knowledge of scripture countless believers do not understand how to surrender their will to the Holy Spirit and so they never allow the Spirit to teach them how to overcome their sin and their sicknesses.
      When you first repent of your sins and you accept Jesus into your life you are now a believer but you are still deceived and ignorant about scripture since you have never been sanctified in truth by the Holy Spirit. This is why a believer will still possesses sin and sickness in their life since they still lack knowledge in the word of God. This is also why a new believer must understand how to surrender their will to the Holy Spirit so the Spirt can now teach them how to stop sinning. This purification process is called sanctification and it can only be achieved by understanding how to test the Spirits as commanded in 1 John 4.
      Sanctification will take years and it requires our faith, patience, suffering and endurance since the Holy Spirit teaches us how to overcome our sins. Once we learn how to overcome our sins we now have overcome our sicknesses since afflictions come from sin and the devil. Sadly the vast majority of believers never allow this process to occur since they are deceived in their beliefs and so they remain in their sin. Others will actually fall away during the sanctification process just as Judas certainly did and Jesus relates these various believers in the parable of the sower in Luke 8:11-15. There are not many believers who actually make it all the way through God’s sanctification process and this is why it is referred to as the narrow gate.
      “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
      ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
      If a believer does surrender their will to God’s purification process they now become a disciple since they are now learning scripture directly from Jesus Himself. Jesus will now teach His disciple how to live just as He did since He now dwells inside His true children. A disciple means “a student who learns from his teacher.” This is why scripture relates that Jesus is our one and only teacher and this is also why the vast majority of religions and preachers are nothing more then false prophets who are only leading believers astray.
      It is during the sanctification process that the Holy Spirit teaches us how to live holy and righteously just as God commanded and He does this by showing us how to overcome our sins. Sanctification is kind of similar to what Jesus endured in the wilderness for 40 days since the Spirit has us confront the devil’s temptations head on. If you end up completing God’s purification process you are now a Christian who is sanctified in truth and you are a disciple of Jesus Christ who can no longer sin. This is when you are actually born again since a child born of God is someone who lives “exactly like Christ” and they no longer sin. This is how the term Christian came about since the original disciples lived exactly like Christ.
      Most overlook how Jesus had to train his twelve chosen disciples for three years before they could become His apostles. An apostle means someone who is sent, a messenger. Many also overlook the prayer that Jesus made for His disciples in John 17:6-19 where He asked His Father to sanctify His disciples in truth. So the disciples had to be sanctified in truth before Jesus could use them as His apostles, His messengers. So an apostle is someone who is a messenger from God and they possess the power of God to prove their anointment.
      Realize that God did not instruct us or command us to explain scripture to anyone but yet most are foolishly believing that it is their duty to try and lead others to Jesus. Many deceived believers do not understand that the Great Commission was for God’s chosen disciples who were trained by Jesus and who were sanctified in God’s truth. It was not meant for every believer of Jesus Christ to teach and that is simply a lie that is being fabricated by the devil’s many false ministers. So you might now begin to understand why the majority of believers are nothing more then children of the devil since they are ignorantly blaspheming the Spirit of truth when they willingly relate their misguided beliefs. These ignorant souls are simply spreading lies and condemning themselves since they were never taught scripture by Jesus nor where they sanctified in God’s truth.
      “It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by God.’ Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.”
      ‭‭John‬ ‭6:45‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
      ‬”My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.”
      ‭‭James‬ ‭3:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
      Many believers are ignorantly believing that Jesus came to forgive our past, present and future sins. This spoken untruth is having people believe that they can continue in a life of sin and then simply repent and God will forgive them over and over. This is why many believe that if they repent just before they die then Jesus will save their sinful soul. This twisted reasoning would mean that you can continue to steal and then simply repent. You can then lie and then repent. You can then murder and simply repent. You can keep committing whatever sin you desire and simply repent afterwards and you will always be forgiven. This is simply nonsense that is fabricated by the devil to make you believe that you will always sin.
      “Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
      ‭‭Luke‬ ‭5:31-32‬ ‭NKJV‬
      Jesus did not come to call on the righteous since a righteous person does not sin. Jesus came to call sinners to repentance which meant for sinners to stop sinning entirely and to start living holy and righteously just as God commanded. Jesus came to forgive us of the sins that we have already committed and this occurs at the moment that we repent of our sins and we accept Jesus and His Holy Spirit into our life. We must then submit to God’s purification process and allow the Holy Spirit to sanctify our heart in God’s truth so that we could overcome the sin and the sicknesses that we possess in our lives. Once again this can only be achieved by understanding how to test the Spirits as commanded in 1 John 4.
      So a Christian is someone who is sanctified in truth and they can easily discern a true Christian from a deceived believer in seconds since they now possess the mind of Christ and they are able to judge all things. They can no longer sin nor can they ever get sick since they are now born of God and the devil can no longer touch them with his afflictions. I am someone who has overcome sin and sickness in my own life and this is why God has me relating His blessings in my writings and in my videos‬
      “We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.”
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭5:18‬ ‭NKJV
      “Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.”
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

    I went to a church once and some leaders laid hands on me practically forcing me to be slain in the spirit. All that yelling, spittle, and bad breath. Chile I just fell out so I could breathe. True story.

    As a teenager, I was kicked out of a certain church for questioning most of these things that you mention...

      What happened?

      @deladyM 3 года назад +32

      @@Baker4life777 For example I asked why they prayed in tongues loudly with no one to interpret. Or They would be people going to get loans to bring "Seed" to the house of God. And also the "Curses that followed you even after you are born again" - It didn't quite line-up with Scripture. I can't claim I know the Bible very well, but what I do is whenever anyone quotes a Bible verse, I go back home and study the whole chapter or the whole book so that I can understand the context for myself. I ended up buying a Bible Concordance and also subscribe to Bible commentaries. I stopped going to Church completely for 5 years just to get my mind cleared

      @@Baker4life777 What happened eventually for me to be kicked out was they framed me saying I had an affair and sleeping with one brother like that and therefore I was not fit to be a part of the Choir or even be a part of their Church. The real reason is I challenged their doctrines which from understanding were just serving the purpose of those who were gaining from them financially.

      @@deladyM I had a similar thing. Some people were spiritually competing. One spoke in tongues, the other did louder. One brought the color streams and danced, the other came back next week with longer more sparkling streams, one didn't show up the next week, the other started copying the gibberish tongues the other used last week etc. Bizarre

    It’s been 6 years living in the freedom God has called us to after being in the Pentecostal charismatic movements for 29. It definitely was a hard decision and action to take but God through His word gave me the truth and courage to take that step. Thanks for sharing this message

    This was my experience also. Too much "entertainment". I have found a smaller church that goes though the whole Bible, not just one verse.

    I went to a church and everyone was on fire and falling out and I wanted to feel what I seen all these people where feeling but I just didn’t and I left thinking it was me that God was in a sense not with me. Just because you did not feel comfortable does not mean they were wrong. No, you should not have stayed. Everyone needs a church that makes them feel comfortable. Many as I have no problem with a Charismatic church. It is taste not ungodly or not.

      @@eddierousseau The septuagint and masoretic texts and the dead sea scrolls and all other framework for the Bible. These churches are not of God if they believe they hold the keys to people's lives. They will answer to God on judgement day for their actions. I've been to churches that are both very conservative and calm and others where everyone speaks in "tongues" guess which one demonstrated more spiritual maturity and knowledge in the Word of God which God demands as our authority?

      @@bcalvert321 "everyone needs a church that makes them feel comfortable", That is utterly unbiblical. Everyone needs to BE the Church and stand in and on THE TRUTH of the word of God no matter how uncomfortable or painful it might get, and it will, if you're reading the Bible and allowing the sword of the spirit to work in you and pierce your heart.

      TEST THE SPIRIT! I have been to churches where everyones falling out, and it was the kundalini spirit at work (the imposter posing as Holy Spirit), violently and spiratically shaking on the ground, IF THATS WHAT YOU SEE THAT IS NOT THE HOLY SPIRIT! There are literal imposters in churches trying to transfer demons to the church members. We are in the last days! And the Bible said many things about the wolves in sheep clothes!!! Do not be afraid to question and ask God. Be lead of the Holy Spirit and trust in God, not man.
