I have Irish potatoes at home that my husband bought by mistake 😂, I think I’ll try recreating this recipe. Only that all of the Irish potatoes I’ve had in restaurants are usually bland and that made feel any meal made with them won’t be tasty . But I’ll give it a try and get back to you ❤
