Oh Sisi Yemmie your pan-fried potatoes recipe is bomb. I tried this recipe and it was the perfect breakfast yesterday. The taste, the crunch. I was too impressed at how good it turned out. I'll definitely try your potatoes porridge recipe, this exact style but with plantain because I love plantain more than sweet potatoes. It was an entire potato win for me. The recipes are bomb. I don't have a grill so I'll dry my Goatmeat before using it in the porridge 🥣. Thank you for the recipes.
