Thanks Liz for the playthrough and solo variant. I have only played this as a multi-player (where my daughter ALWAYS wins - lol!). I look forward to trying it solo. Agree that this is a relaxing, puzzly type of game. Interesting to read the comments on various strategies. And even though my wife does a much better job of the plants, I appreciate that the designers put descriptions, “learning capabilities”, on the cards. Thx.

Thanks Steve! I'm glad you enjoyed the playthrough. 🙂 I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed playing this one solo - I hope you also enjoy the solo experience!

This play through was so relaxing and shot this to the “must have” tier of my wish list

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the solo game, though I don't know why, since it's one of my favorite multiplayer games. 😀

I own this one but have never played it solo. I am going to have to give it a shot. Thanks for the play through, Liz!

I guess I'm more about using the thumbs to flush things I don't want than you are. You did say they are harder to get, but didn't you have the five maximum at one point? That usually doesn't happen for me. But who am I to criticize? I have played this game several times and it is one of my favorite games that I don't own, but I have never won it.

I felt like it was harder to get thumbs than multiplayer, but perhaps it's just because I wanted to use them for so many things. 😂 Until recently I had only played this multiplayer, and our son loves using thumbs to flush the cards and tokens, so I'm not used to using them for flushing things very often. I will consider that for my next solo play. 🙂
