In China, people do not go shopping once a week. They often go out to buy things every day because they can buy the freshest ones. Chinese people have a deep obsession with freshness.

China is very big and you are only talking about the situation south of the Yangtze River. North 4-5 days to buy goods. The more north you go, the longer it takes, up to a month. But it seems that most of them will buy food online and have it delivered to their home (within 30 minutes (relatively expensive)/ the next day (much cheaper))

Tea originated in China, which is the earliest country to drink tea. The large-scale cultivation of tea in India began in 1833, when the Indian Tea Board sent Gordon (G.J.Gordon) to import 80,000 tea seeds from China for trial planting and breeding in the Kolkata Botanical Garden. ‌
After the seedlings matured, these tea seedlings were sent to Assam and Darjeeling for planting, thus opening up the large-scale cultivation of tea in India. Tea has become an important pillar of India's national economy, and tea is produced in 22 states across the country. ‌

@@zingwibrothers The origin of tea can be traced back to the ancient Bashu area in southwest China, which is considered one of the birthplaces of the world's tea culture and the earliest tea planting base in China. According to research, as early as 3000 BC, people in Chaling began to grow, make and drink tea.
The earliest tea varieties introduced to India came from Yunnan, China. The tea varieties introduced later mainly came from Anhui and Wuyishan area of Fujian, China.

@@zingwibrothers Even now, China's tea culture is very different from that of Japan and India.
Since ancient times, Chinese tea culture has been more advocating the taste of tea itself, while Japan and India are more accustomed to adding other spices to give tea different flavors.
As the birthplace of tea culture, Chinese people have high standards for drinking tea. Different tea varieties, different water, and different brewing methods will greatly affect the taste, which is a very complicated process and contains Chinese philosophy. Precisely because of its complexity, it is not conducive to its spread.
Although China has exported a large amount of tea, due to various reasons, the correct way of drinking tea has not been widely spread along with the tea. Therefore, many countries have explored on their own according to their own ideas and expectations, and eventually formed their own tea cultures. However, in the eyes of Chinese people, adding other things to tea is spoiling the tea.
The tea you drink in the restaurant, we call it "grain tea", which means it tastes good, is inexpensive and of good quality, and can be drunk in large quantities; while high-end tea can cost thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars per 100 grams.

In China, we generally say "bao zi" rather than "bao". Only when it comes to a certain type of "bao zi", we call it "xx bao", such as "pork bao", "tofu bao",etc. The Chinese name of tea is "cha", the Indian word "chai" comes from the Cantonese pronunciation of "cha". Teacup is always small because tea in China is not only a drink to satisfy thirst , but also a kind of culture and art. You would know the tea ceremony if you try Chaoshan "Kungfu Tea".

Watch your every video in Bilibili, which is like RUclips in China. The price in second/third-tier cities is cheaper. I recommend you go to Nanjing or Suzhou in Jiangsu, Hangzhou in Zhejiang which are second-tier cities and famous. Or many cities in Yunnan like Kunming, Dali,Lijiang. You guys seems can’t eat spicy so Chengdu or Chongqing may not suitable for you because the flavor is quite spicy but it’s really good😂northwest area I recommend Xi’an in Shanxi, or cities in Xinjiang, good place for noodles, beef and lamb. The price in southeast area is generally higher than inland cities.

I was born and raised in Shenzhen. There are still more to explore in Shenzhen. In the east side of Shenzhen, there is a long stretch of beach and shores. They are the top destinations for Shenzhen people during the weekends. In the Nanshan(南山) district, you can spot the most luxurious part of shenzhen, which is featured by countless malls sitting around skyscrapers.

Hello and welcome to China! At the beginning of the video, you are eating "morning tea" from Guangdong Province, red rice sausage, and double skin milk. Shenzhen is a young city, only in its 40s, and it gathers the cuisine of other places, most of which are from Guangdong Province, Guangzhou, Foshan, Chaoshan, etc. Roasted meat, marinated products, porridge, soup powder, beef hot pot (classic meal, hot pot), rice noodles, coconut chicken hot pot, etc.

The natural scenery in these three places is excellent, and the prices will be cheaper than those in other big cities. Dali and Guilin are very beautiful cities.❤❤❤You have gained a lot of fans in Tik Tok, China. I look forward to your next video😊

Basically it's all normal expenses. You travel like locals. Near the mall that was an antique car exhibition & futuristic car show. Really interesting content for me. I haven't even been to Shenzhen but Cantonese style food is always great. can't wait to see the next video. Red yeast rice is used as the material for making the skin of shrimp rice rolls, that's why they are red outside. There are also white rice rolls, softer and more juicy. TRY Coconut Chicken and Claypot Rice. They're nice. To enjoy the smell and taste of tea in small sips, we use small-capacity teacups, and the tea is usually very hot, can't imagine how it will taste like in a deep bottle or cup.

The tea Egg is not pickled enough. It's cooked with tea leaves and Soy sauce, and other spices like cinemon. Basically it should be cracked a little bit after boiled and remains over night until all the flavors immersed. What you ate is like a fast/fresh cooked one which has no flavour. A real expert would choose those eggs with broken eggshell and a dark albumen.

@zingwibrothers Remember to also share the food in China. Food in China is a communal experience, unlike western way of eating each dish is meant to be shared. Tea cups are that small because it encourages conversation at the table and slows down the pace of eating. Yumcha is a time to catchup with friends and family.

'Tea Egg' is generally hardboiled eggs marinated in a brine of soy, tea leaves, star anise, salt. Cooked eggs are cooled, then the shell gently cracked so that the brine seeps in and colors it, giving it a spider web look. It's just a more flavorful boiled egg. Nothing weird about it.
