For someone like me who is not used to saying either one of them, ER ge or LIANG ge, both of them are equally difficult which is to say, compared to other Chinese words, not difficult at all.
what you are providing is a learning strategy. Presenting and explaining in ways that make it easy to remember and apply. Practicing the right things the right way makes good (I’m ok with good... haha)
Simple method : just take every last tenth to next by adding again yi,er,San.. 10 = shi " last tenth and add one, two ,three..... 20= er shi " last tenth add again one , two ...With it Er shi yi Again san shi = 30 Last tenth " San shi + one

Actually native Chinese remember the pronunciations and characters instead of Pinyin. And speaking in any languages is the most difficult one because people have no patience to listen to your speaking many times if they don't understand.

Please don't say it's so easy because that's a judgment call and you shouldn't judge other people. Saying it once is OK but saying it on every other sentence is overwhelming.

2 some things is liang ..., 20 some things is er shi ... and 200 some things is liang (or er) shi ..., and 2000 things is liang qian ..., right?

I always get confused here for eg. 220 , its liang bai er shi. Why is er used for 20 but not 200.

So strange - 'liu' is pronounced as [liu] while 'jiu' (the same finals) is pronounced as [dʒɪou].
Jiu can be LEO in English while Jiu can be JOE

I shared my trick in the video. Use liang when we say TWO in English and er for 2nd.
I know there are more 'liăng" rules.. A bit confusing
