As we get older we tend to be less people pleasers and that’s a good thing. It’s important to put yourself on the list, as I say. Setting boundaries is important for our well being. Glad you’re doing just that!!

What a fun tag! It is so neat to hear what everyone does! We are homebodies....and are used to having the alarm go off at 5AM....and even on weekends don't sleep too much later than that (habit)....so we gave up on trying to make it to the ball drop!

I hope you had a great time at the New Years party. I went to bed around 11 p.m. but was awakened by the fireworks at midnight. I'm glad you've learned not to care what people think. I try to get my daughter to understand that....maybe one day. She's only 41. Have a blessed new year.

I am 56 and still worry about what others think. I internalize everything. I have learned to say "no" though, without a lengthy explanation.
My number one goal this year is to get my grocery budget under control and to not cook different dinners for everyone in my family. (People Pleaser 😋).
