You are so right about the Healthi app. It is small and pale and I can’t stand it. I like the big bold WW app even tho it costs more.

This is something I learned from my mom. She would make homemade lemonade & before adding the water (in a half gallon container), she would add about a half cup of orange juice or so & then add the remaining water. That was before sugar free Crystal was available. Now I add the orange juice to my container, then the Crystal light (the packet that makes 1/2 gallon), & then the water. Stir well, add ice to the container or your glass & it is so delicious & refreshing.

It's better than no protein right? You normally get no protein when you drink a coffee. It's a good way to sneak protein into your diet. Obviously she consumes more protein in a day than this.
So, this is a year old. I'm not sure if you are still on healthi or u even still do videos. But I was searching for inspiration and came across your platform. Girl, every video I have watched so far I felt like I was doing the video myself. I am kind of doing a restart with the healthi app so that's why I was looking. I get the free version. But man, have I been loving your videos. Thanks for keeping it real!

On more thing Black Cohash is great for hot flashes I'm 62 it's great for brain fog also it's no joke hormones have alot to do with weight and cravings it sucks

Hello. I lot your videos. I thought that under discover content technique library was the same as weekly topics were the same? I had watched your video and saw what you talked about there I thought? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Hi there, yes I know what you mean there is a technique type of library but in order to get the weekly technique, you have to watch a virtual and get a link from the leader or you have to go in person. I hope I’m not confused. This is how I understand it.

Weight watchers is killing their own company. Greed. I did a deal where I get a year for the price of 6months..the meeting option. Otherwise I’d cancel. Of course you can’t cancel early or you still get charged.
For real, they are shooting themselves in the foot. There are lots of other options out there for less money. I do not know what they’re thinking. Thank you for sharing.

A pound loss that's fantastic. You did great with exercise. I know how hard it can be. Having someone to encourage and even push a bit is good but also maybe a goal of exercising everyday is a pretty hefty goal. They say baby steps so what about a goal of exercising 3 days a week to start with then when that becomes a habit maybe increase it a day. I'm just thinking outload and not judging you do you. Exercise comes in all forms. Anytime you move your body it's a form of exercise so walking with your friends, helping hubby clean the garage and the yard work...excellent forms of exercise. Keep up it up and if you miss a day just move on every day is a new day. Have a great week and I'll see you on your next vides

I'm 62 and terrible with hot flahes I am taking black cohosh it's helping my weight is up and down it sucks but I know if I give up I'd balloon up

And thank you for your support yesterday. I went to the gym today. I plan to go out later this afternoon and I did some meal prep today. I sauté some shrimp and made homemade white rice with parsley and I’m making a big pot of spaghetti sauce, trying to get a little bit of a plan going to make the week easier thank you so much for your support and wishing you a good week yourself. Newly retired (Aug 1st), I start my day with glass of cold water, then comes my coffee (with cream& sweetner), then i eat breakfast. I am fine usually till lunch time. Afternoon time and after dinner are my pit falls. I am Lifetime over goal, for the past year and half, i have been up and down between 9 and 15 lbs over goal. Yesterday sucked with snacking. I ate all my weeklies which include my activity points 😢. I need to get my act together again.
Hi Lori. Congratulations on retirement that is fabulous. I totally understand about afternoon and evenings where it all falls apart. I think you are not alone. If it makes you feel any better I did have 35 points yesterday. I forgot to track some of the things I ate and then before I knew, I was high in a point date, but I did go to the gym yesterday so we have to give her self credits where we do something good. You will get there, I don’t know if I’m so convinced Weight Watchers white goals are appropriate for everyone. That’s just my opinion I think if you feel well and your doctor if you have a good doctor and you’re at a decent weight, I call it good that’s just my opinion. Today is a fresh day, it is Sunday take out time for yourself. I think I’m going to make some spaghetti sauce in the crockpot that I didn’t do yesterday and just have a day to reset and relax. I hope you do the same same take care, honey bunny.💕
