Yay. Great weigh-in. My house was the house all the friends of my kids liked to hang out and I LOVED it. I miss them but when I see them out and about they always talk about those memories. And actually, my friends came to my house too growing up. I’m so glad they always felt safe and loved there.
That is so sweet that all the kids wanted to hang around at your house. I also admit it does make me feel good that people feel comfortable coming here. My house is not fancy but we try to keep it warm and inviting. Sounds like your house is the same.

Nice loss. Remember always virtue meetings. I listen while I am working. I usually attend every day. I get something out of them have so many other topics now. Just getting back into it again. Always like to hear your videos.

Congratulations on your loss. You've got this. Just stick to what you're doing. I had a decent week and did good with my tracking. My macros seem to be on track I'm happy about that. Just trying to focus on the positive. I'm still within my goal that's a positive but I wouldn't mind dropping a couple pounds. Have a great week l look forward to your next vido

Woohoo! 👏🏻 Congrats on your loss, that's awesome! So glad everything was good with your bloodwork! I have managed to stay on track pretty well - who knew?! 😆 I weighed myself today because I _think_ it's been a week since I started (I had been using the WW app and a couple days ago, when talking to Customer Service, was told to basically log out and re-register in order to take advantage of the "9 months for $9" deal, so I did that and lost all my previous data 😐). Anywhooo...I'm down a whopping .8, but I'll take it! Thank you again for the kick in the pants! 😘
I am sorry you lost all of your data. Maybe it’s a sign that it’s a real real real real fresh start lol. And I’m so proud of you for staying on track and down .8 is really really good especially since I know you don’t have much to lose at all. I am so proud of you, Lu. I’m going to work on drinking lots of water today because I had lots of salt eating out yesterday.

I decided to get on the scale again this morning because I wasn't feeling as bloated today and the scale said I was down 1.7 (from my last week's weigh-in). 😀 Have a great day!

I started tracking again earlier this week. Today is my weigh in and after 4 days of staying the same...I am happy to say ..I am a loser. I am 1.7 lbs down, I have 10 lbs left to get back to Lifetime.

Yay! Sandy isn't doing the weekly topic anymore. I don't think Joan is either, especially right now. Doug just got out of the hospital the other day. I don't think she has done them for a while, but don't quote me.
You are so right I just watched Sandy‘s video and realized that she’s not doing them. Sorry to mislead everybody. And I am definitely aware of Joan with Doug, but I’m so behind on videos. I didn’t realize she wasn’t doing the weekly topics. I’m trying to think of anybody does them anymore then?

Yeah for the weight loss. Get some rest. I've started journaling again. I'm trying to get my focus back on eating properly.
