I am so excited you downloaded the app. I was surprised to see the nutrition information as well. Now we can kind of add up our calories and stuff and see where we’re at. I know all about the decades stuff. We will help each other through this I am so excited you are on day two. We will take a time, and try to keep groceries in our house. I think that will help us. Yes, I thought that was a neat recipe. I want to do more foil packs. It was easy and it doesn’t make a mess on the grill.

I definitely will have to make this fish/veggie packet. I don't have a grill. Can I bake this is the oven? For how long?

I definitely think you could throw it in the oven under 350 for maybe 15 to 20 minutes and check and make sure the fish is fully cooked. That’s just my guess but I think that would be fine.
