Hi! Usually we identify a problem that we ourselves experience, or a problem that we believe to exist in a certain industry/group of people (for example in this case, creative block for artists). So I would say, if you want to design an app, don’t start with an app and look for what it should be about, but try to think what you or other people struggle with in daily life, and if an app could be a reasonable solution for it
