I wish someone would do a Banchan series where they make all the different types of Banchans there is. That way it becomes a kind of video library reference for all of us. I absolutely love Korean Cuisine. Often times I can't get into a restaurant because I don't have someone with me most of the time. Most places say you need to have at least 2 people with you, I'm really hoping to give it a try before 2024 ends, even if it means making them at home.
Hi! I watch a lot of kdrama and I love cooking. I am currently super interested in korean recipes because it contains many veggies and seems healthy and fresh. This is my first time watching your channel, and i found it so good! I like your cooking video style (calming and eye-pleasing) and I hope I can learn a lot about korean home-cuisine from your channel. Fighting!
These are popular banchans eaten daily. Very healthy. Can you share some more healthy recipes please. Many thanks. I enjoyed watching your vlogs. Fantastic side dishes!
Thank you so much for your video! I'll make sure to try all of your recipes! My country's cuisine is quite boring (Switzerland), so I really like to have tons of side dishes when we cook korean/japanese food 😋 Kimchi is my favourite thus far ♥️
Today i just made the chinese cucumber salad and the spinach and the sweet potatoes 😅 i made my kids try it and they loved them. I love everything asian so i had to make those. Thank you so much for the english sub plus the calming videos. You got urself a new subscriber from martinique👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you for sharing the recipe. Banchan is the best part when I ate in bunsik, want to make it but I even didn't know the name 😅 Hope you can upload more banchan recipes in the future

I have had everything but the pancakes which look so yummy. I will have to make these. There is a white radish Banchan that I love that I wish i could find. I think it is just white radish in the soy sauce mixture you made so I am going to try that.
I'm really curious what radish side dish you are looking for! Radish side dishes will be included in the side dish video to be filmed soon, so I hope you can check it out there!
I have a question about the goguma mattang. It appears that you barely cook the sweet potato. Is that correct? It is hard and crunchy, like an apple, when served? Thank you very much. I am enjoying your channel so much and have learned lots.
After the sweet potatoes are fully cooked in the oil frying process, make the sauce and mix it once more. please! Fry the sweet potato and let it cook. Then make the sauce and mix it up and it will feel crunchy. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! If you have more questions, always leave a comment.😊
Oh nice! I can use this video as reference. I've always wanted to cook these side dishes. Now I have the time due to quarantine and social distancing. Time will be well spent doing this activity. Thank you for this!
Hey! I do really enjoy your cooking videos, it was awesome ❤️ One thing i still curious about, does bangcan can be stored in refrigerator? And how long? And also, do you have any special menu of Bangcan that can be stored longer in refrigerator? Thank you in advance!❤️

I thought korean foods were healthy since they hardly seem to gain any weight there but this much sugar in everything is leaving me confused.. any comments?

👍good idea to prepare side dishes to keep in fridge so that we can save lots of time in cooking! I only use the healthy vegan ingredients for these dishes excluding all the processed ingredients such as vinegar, sugar, etc. I don’t fry my foods light blanching is sufficient and in this way we preserve the original taste! When we fry the taste became “fried” taste converted by the heat! and turned into the smell! loosing the ori nutrients! Keeping as wholesome as possible is very important to obtain more out of the foods! Have a good day
I enjoyed this video. I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat many foods in Korea but these all looked so good! Is there any thing I should stay away from if spicy foods don't agree with me?
Spicy eomuk-bokkeum (stir-fried spicy fish cake) is not recommended if you can't eat spicy food. It can be really spicy. And Kimchi eomukguk (Kimchi Fish Cake Soup) can be a bit spicy if you can't eat spicy food. It can be spicy if spicy is written in the name of my food recipe. If you can't eat spicy food, you need to be careful! :-)
