  • Faces were blurred to not give them the attention they wanted Beginning my stream in Liverpool, England with technical difficulties, I started an adventure to fix my tech issues. But during my hunt for an ethernet cable while all the shops were closing, a group of teenagers began harassing me to get in the livestream. After a long walk with them following me and asking to be on camera, one teen decided to put on his mask and swing at me, knowing I was live on Twitch. Afterwards, the police were eventually called.

Unfortunately yes this is happening more and more in the UK. Happened to my friend recently and he also filmed it. They know very well that adults can’t fight back and play on that. They ended up throwing a brick at him which luckily only hit his leg but still. I blame our government making life worse for poorer communities they have nothing to do other than try and start fights. I wonder whether they can get any money out of a situation where an adult fights back or if it’s purely for their own entertainment. Either way it’s a shit situation all around. I’d rather not live in this country any more unless we get these tories out. Sorry for getting political but I have a strong feeling this is true.

Group of kids started shouting stuff at us and then threatened to push us off of a cliff. Basically just ignored everything they said and acted like they weren’t there until they got bored and went away. If you engage and give them a reaction they have more ammunition to say something to make themselves look like a big man to their little mates. So common I almost forgot that happened.

I'm not super religious myself, but I can see the correlation. With nothing to keep people on the straight and narrow, they have become feral. Am I saying everyone needs religion to be a decent person? No. I used to be an atheist and I was still a decent person, but the fact of the matter is that most people out there need to have a fear of consequences for their actions instilled in them to keep them in check and religion used to serve that purpose.

It works better than telling people "You should be good because it's the right thing to do". Doesn't quite have the same impact of "You should be a good person or else you're going to burn in hell", does it?. Gotta disagree. The UK hasn't been a particularly religious society since the turn of the 19th century. I think you are making the mistake of thinking religiosity is the cause of good behaviour, when In actuality good behaviour and religiosity are just two aspects under the umbrella of traditional values. Not to mention the fact that other highly non religious societies like those in Scandinavia and the far East, do not have kids running Riot like over here.

I live in the UK, and you see this everywhere. Kids feel invulnerable because we've created a society that safe guards them so much that they are completely void of responsibility and any wrong doing. Everything is blamed on parenting, and most who have no discipline in their household now live in a world where they are no longer taught it anywhere else like schools etc out of fear of parent backlash.
One day, those kids are going to swing at the wrong guy who breaks their nose.

I was in Cardiff just finished a run in a park and sat down on a bench. Then a load of youths just started shouting at me, calling me words. When they turned away from me though I ran. Even if you are to say that there are countries much more dangerous than the U.K. according to figures, that doesn’t necessarily transfer to youth behaviour. I had a friend from South Africa live here that told me he fled South Africa because of how dangerous it was back 2005 time, far more dangerous than Britain, yet he still admitted kids were more respectful in South Africa than here, so the two factors obviously don’t necessarily correlate.
My other point is that Liverpool has always been rough. Barnard manning even joked about it. “I parked my car in Liverpool a few days ago and I said to a young scouser lad, “”hey don’t touch this car I’ve got an Alsatian in back of there”
Scouser lad “He can put out fires can he?” 😂
