We just had a scammer empty our bank account and are still having trouble getting it back from the bank. It would be easier to run a case on that by using this video, then getting the recordings from all the security cameras that show them pulling up from the street, parking, walking to the ATM, the camera pointing to the ATM from above, &the ATM camera; getting the time&date to link it all together&it shows that the card was from “Penelope Vanderchilknez-Brusnev’s” account who filled a unauthorized withdrawal for that transaction at that ATM location. That would have to be the dumbest thing to do, Punch would not want to take a risk like that, &Tommy would not want to either because it could blowback on him as being involved in it, even if it was just for a day while making a video on it. Maybe some of them actually were real, like the first one, maybe the Domino’s punch, &maybe cash app. But I think the gas station when he bought everything was his own account, same reason as the ATM. Doesn’t mean that any of that money was “legitimate”, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t made “legitimately”, but it would be risky either way. The credit card fraud has been going on forever. The technology that was used in this video has been used since the 1990s. One of my good friends was swiping credit cards while working at a Mobil gas station and McDonalds in a very busy area of Southern California around 1998 when he got caught by the FBI. I back then white-collar crimes like this were less known to the general public because the Internet was new, and it wasn’t on cell phones. Prison sentences were also very limited. After his day in court, it was determined that he stole in the neighborhood of $3 million in two years. Most of the money was not recovered. Approximately $800,000 in cash in assets was taken from him and he did two years in prison. He was in his early 20s at the time and hasn’t worked a day since he got out.

An RFID wallet is unnecessary. If you have a chip card, it can't be cloned. The only way you could steal from it would be to have the PoS (point of sale) on your stealing device, which is highly unlikely. You can't just copy the card info over the air. Technical info: For secure cards used for payments and authentication, a private key is loaded on to the card and the card never discloses it. The public key is kept by the bank or whoever needs to be able to verify that the card was used. If, for example, the card is used for a payment, the vendor's PoS feeds information about the transaction to the card and asks the card to sign the transaction. The card signs the transaction and returns the signature to the reader. This signature allows the vendor to prove to the credit card company that the card was used for that transaction, but it doesn't give the vendor the information needed to clone the card.

@@enjoylife1239 granted, it just said DEVON not DEVON TURNER, so it could’ve been someone that just so happened to have the same first name rofl which is very unlikely to happen for the video.
I think that they did run a clone in the ATM for the video, but it was a clone of his own card to play it safe. If they really busted out an actual clone of someone else’s card for the video, on video&all that, that would be extremely risky&stupid. It was probably all done through his account, &wiring from one of his friends accounts to his for the $10k withdrawal instead.
But nothing says that he doesn’t actually run scams, I just highly doubt anyone did it in this video, maybe 1 or 2 were real though.

This is a sign of the times, America is falling and everybody is hurting for money. Its so hard to keep your head above water these days, so in a way i kinda understand why he does it.
He was in his early 20s at the time and hasn’t worked a day since he got out.

this video can’t prove shit, you literally can go on youtube and say you scamming nothing is going to happen as long as there is no real evidence no one’s getting locked up.
@@bandchasin_1you stupid, when the feds investigate your ass he’s gonna get cooked. He is literally confessing he scams people multiple ways. All they have to do is find out who ordered those jewellery chain and from where, as well as cameras footage to find him.

The fact that he let you record this means he definitely knows what he doing

Not really. He allowed his face to be seen. The only deciding factor now is if the FBI thinks it's worth their time to go after him. So he's either not the real scammer and is the designated fall guy for the real punch guy (with an agreement to get bailed out if caught)... or he's not really all that successful.

People like this run the world mate.
They OWN the money system, biggest scam there is. Just look up what usury and fractional reserve lending is and you'll see how badly we've been scammed since 1900.
They always last, not at the bottom like him though.
Dude really thinks he can outplay banks that hold trillions of dollars especially BAC
Big, fat, IF this guy is doing what he says he is doing
Not only is he putting multiple felonies in the view of millions, he admits at the end of the video that he will scam the people willing to pay him, additionally admits that every single one in his crew is participating in these felony acts.
The real people doing this credit card fraud will do anything and everything to not be attached to any name or recognition. They can make a new ID and be at a penthouse in the next town over at any given notice because they understand the 20 year sentence he's talking about is as real as it gets

Obviously he's snitching because he wants to get caught because he doesn't care anymore he gave clues and they ain't doing nothing he's showing what a joke the government is once you've done stuff for awhile it gets bored and wanna spice things up and make it into a game he is challenging the government and getting away with it he's showing he's winning besides all that he'll probably just get bailed out if caught or something.
The real scam are the courses he sales. He does these skits to get people’s attention. There’s a lot of dumbass kids who will buy his useless course and earn him money

For the cases where the banks don't refund the scam right away and someone is in a tough spot financially living paycheck to paycheck: Not only the mental/physical health of the individual who was targeted is affected but also whoever they're in a relationship with (arguments, physical abuse), any children they have (arguments, physical abuse), and then there's the possibility of not being able to eat a meal for days.
I just said this in a comment before I saw urs..this mf stealing from a guy working his ass off and the bank doesn't always get ur money back right away so they fucked that guy...like my apartment will start eviction first month missed payment..also if u have past due on a car payment so if u miss a month they will repo ur car sometimes..people living check to check need that money and have bills set up a certain way so that money has to be there..right now I'm renting a car and if that money isn't there they bank won't just go ohh okay let me give that back to u right now so ur good it takes time...these mfs I doubt are scamming only millionaires or even at all..pisses me off also the banks may pay for it but the tax payers foot the bill if the bank collapses and account holders pay that through fees and bullshit charges
🫤
Up to the public at this point to be vigilantes
That part
Pretty sure he’s not scamming from ppl with $500-$1000 in they accounts that would be a waste of time
Been scammed twice and honestly I’m not even mad. They drained my account once around Christmas and I lost all my money and like punchmade said, bank gave me it all back but it took a few days. Something similar happened a few months back and I literally got my money back that day or the next I can’t remember but it was nothing but an annoyance for the day.
I felt worse when I spent my paycheck buying a family in need Christmas presents because my mom asked me too. I felt like I was doing a good deed, the mom shows up to gets the gifts and barely gave me a thank you let alone showed the slightest appreciation. I felt like she was about to just sell the presents because she seemed so ungrateful and shady when I just bought her kids Christmas presents with my own money. That felt like a scam and I did it to myself, never again I’m a stingy mf now, I’ll help a family out like that again but they are gonna come and asked me I’m not doing no more random acts of kindness that shit is dead.
Oh yeah, they for sure laughed at you on their way to the next person's house they suckered with a sob story. Same as the Bums holding up that "homeless I need help" sign.. they just smile and boast to the dope man about the sucker that gave them $20 bucks! Too easy for them, they will never help themselves. why would they when there are free handouts!
Bro is gonna get revenge against that struggling single mother 💀
You did a good deed bro prolly made some kids really happy that year who cares what the mother says
If what he says is true... he gets to keep it and the victim gets to keep it.... then they "printed" money and are making inflation worse... and we all know how inflation wrecks things.
Money is recycled anyway banks give you the money back because they know you will consume and the money ultimately will return to them
Man, I remember getting my paycheck in and someone somehow went to the ATM and took all cash out multiple times. Took 3 weeks for my money to come back. By then I was late on rent and all bills. But at least I learned not to carry my wallet

One way to avoid your cards getting scanned through your wallet is getting an RFID wallet 🔥🔥 doesn't let the signal of the card reader go through
An RFID wallet is unnecessary. If you have a chip card, it can't be cloned. The only way you could steal from it would be to have the PoS (point of sale) on your stealing device, which is highly unlikely. You can't just copy the card info over the air.
Technical info:
For secure cards used for payments and authentication, a private key is loaded on to the card and the card never discloses it. The public key is kept by the bank or whoever needs to be able to verify that the card was used. If, for example, the card is used for a payment, the vendor's PoS feeds information about the transaction to the card and asks the card to sign the transaction. The card signs the transaction and returns the signature to the reader. This signature allows the vendor to prove to the credit card company that the card was used for that transaction, but it doesn't give the vendor the information needed to clone the card.
or credit card authentication
