He’s dead wrong about getting your money back quickly. I’ve had my card skimmed I believe it was at a gas station and it took all the money out of my checking account. My bank told me it takes 10 business days to get it back which I did, but still that’s 14 actual days it took for me to get my money back. If these dudes are actually scamming people it’s not as simple as “oh they’ll get their money back.” They could be taking money from people who need that money today for their kids.

Since it’s such a small amount the guy won’t get looked into and it’s all sent via bitcoin so it’s unrecoverable and untraceable. He uses his music as a means for proof of income and viola, the perfect crime. That’s why he says he won’t get caught, cause no one will report a lost $200, especially when you are trying to buying a scam guide. If anting that “guide” comes with drop shipping info to cover him and say you actually got a product he sold you. He deletes the conversations right after you send the bitcoin so no way for you to save chat.

This is tough to watch. My wife has what the doctors described as a “rare case” of B-cell Lymphoma because they found it in bumps in her skin (which is not normally how it presents itself).
We just had a scammer empty our bank account and are still having trouble getting it back from the bank. And because of that, we have fallen behind on a lot of our medical bills for radiation treatment, cancer prescriptions, along with other “normal” life financial obligations because of it.
I think that we will eventually figure it out, but people claiming that it’s a “victimless” crime don’t know what it feels like to be on the other end of that really difficult scenario. It’s pretty heartbreaking to find out your hard-earned savings disappeared overnight, and we are still feeling the repercussions and negative effects of it right now.
Someone’s hard earned life-savings paid for him and his friends’ jewelry along with all kinds of other stuff that most Americans could never dream of purchasing. Again, tough to watch…

there is other ways to avoid that credit card scam, many companies out there make wallets/bags that block all signals, ask any hacker you can buy one of those and disappear from the face of the earth, no one can track your phone (which if you didn't know can always be tracked if the battery is sufficiently charged) and def wouldn't be able to scan a credit card inside on of those
also f that guy the bank doesn’t always cover those loses, the person has to have a good bank and you usually pay a monthly fee for that protection, mans is just out here straight up giving people panic attacks

If it takes 10-14 days to get the money back from the bank, that could mean someone is missing a rent payment. Or a car payment. Or not have enough money to buy food for a week or refill a prescription. Or not have money for their kid's birthday. He's right that there are way worse criminals out there but acting like this is just a victimless crime is straight cap

I literally just cried. I'm a mom that has one daughter and now one grandson in this gigantic world. That's it. That's my only family. I stay to myself and give everything I have to them two, both physically, mentally and emotionally. When they can go out to eat, occasionally and swipes her card or gets gas to survive. The thought of somebody taking everything she has which isn't much at all. It really makes me cry.
Is it the kids fault? The companies fault for making such devices? Is it the governments fault for being such a stand up role model? Is it law enforcement's fault for being two steps behind? It goes straight down to greed., money, power etc.. It's disgusting and vile. No one should look up to these people. They need to be locked up and everything taken away from them. Keep technology away from them for a very very long time!

Duh. Similar to big businesses getting scammed & their clients as well. IF the client dosent follow up on a report then they overall get scammed just like the business did, but if they do follow up with a report they’ll end up getting reimbursed from their bank.

I've watched a lot of your videos and while you're usually non judgemental and down to go with the flow I could tell at a few points of this one that you were mildly irritated with dude and his scam. I right there with you and enjoyed watching your video.

I think that they did run a clone in the ATM for the video, but it was a clone of his own card to play it safe. If they really busted out an actual clone of someone else’s card for the video, on video&all that, that would be extremely risky&stupid. It would be easier to run a case on that by using this video, then getting the recordings from all the security cameras that show them pulling up from the street, parking, walking to the ATM, the camera pointing to the ATM from above, &the ATM camera; getting the time&date to link it all together&it shows that the card was from “Penelope Vanderchilknez-Brusnev’s” account who filled a unauthorized withdrawal for that transaction at that ATM location. That would have to be the dumbest thing to do, Punch would not want to take a risk like that, &Tommy would not want to either because it could blowback on him as being involved in it, even if it was just for a day while making a video on it. Maybe some of them actually were real, like the first one, maybe the Domino’s punch, &maybe cash app. But I think the gas station when he bought everything was his own account, same reason as the ATM. Doesn’t mean that any of that money was “legitimate”, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t made “legitimately”, but it would be risky either way. It was probably all done through his account, &wiring from one of his friends accounts to his for the $10k withdrawal instead.
But nothing says that he doesn’t actually run scams, I just highly doubt anyone did it in this video, maybe 1 or 2 were real though.

I used to work in retail.. We'd get people that would try to test the water with charge cards. You'd see them charge something small doing internet orders like maybe some candy or something like around 5 bucks.. If it goes through they'll get more ballsy later with a lot bigger stuff...
