  • Recipe:
    21 x 8 x 8 cm (8.3 x 3.1 x 3.1 inches) pound cake mold
    100 g (3.5 oz) milk
    1 teaspoon dry yeast
    210 g (7.4 oz) bread flour
    10 g (0.35 oz) cocoa powder
    40 g (1.4 oz) sugar
    ½ teaspoons salt
    40 g (1.4 oz) egg
    40 g (1.4 oz) butter
    70 g (2.5 oz) chocochip
    180℃ (356℉) 30-35 minutes
    If the surface gets too dark in the middle of baking, cover with aluminum foil.
