Bisa karena faktor suhu ruang kakak waktu bikin adonannya dan juga umur tepungnya sih kak kalau adonannya lengket dan cenderung basah. Kakak kemungkinan kebetulan dapat tepung yang umurnya masih baru, jadi lebih banyak konten airnya makanya kakak pakai tepung lebih. Kalau yang umur lama, biasanya lebih rendah konten airnya.
No need to add more flour just because it’s sticky, use cold water/milk, put halftime of fermentation on the fridge, knead with stand mixer unless you’re doing it in a room with AC because your hands are warmer than room temperature. If it feels sticky regardless of what you’re trying it’s ok, just work faster on the kneading and shaping, it doesn’t change the flavor anyway.

My bread gets DRY from outside,whats the REASON,although i add bread softener,an improver ekka,and wheat gluten powder,yet bread dries out from outside 😢😢😢😢
@@sehzadhussain9519 try brushing it with melted butter? I normally bag mine after it’s cooled down to room temp. Sometimes the residual heat creates small amount of vapour/humidity inside the bag which can help prevent the crust from drying.
