I'm going through the exact same thing learning a week ago today my spouse has an affair. Yet she wants to leave me and I'm the problem. I'm struggling deeply and today has been complete hell and I expressed anger for the first time in a week and I regret it. I've cried so much and yet I was told by her that I'm a weak man. She confessed to the affair to our kids yesterday that I didn't know was coming.
