Nowadays, the Notability is very lazy, with a lot of bugs. The comsuption of CPU is very hight. The text mark is bad. We have to hold the line to align. Should be like noteful. The fluidity is bad. The stickers are bad and not enough. Other thing that could be offer is the tags, like noteful.

No, it's not. Only Noteshelf is available on Android but it doesn't sync.
How to erase and delete old highlights and comments from pdf in my ipad ?
Did you add them on that iPad? If not, they might be flattened, which needs a PDF editor to remove.
