    Great info bro I got water in mine and disintegrated the pins I have to replace 17 of them

    Only thing that needs to be done is remove the colored terminal covered like you did and the grey back cover like you did.. no removing the washer, built or other studd... removing the other stuff is absolutely unnecessary.

    NOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!
    Consider doing it as follows:
    1) Remove grey back cover by unsnapping it and straightening cut wires behind it
    2) Remove Blue pin covers
    3) Grab metal tube crimped ends with needle nose pliers and just pull wire right out of connector
    BOOM you're done.....
