Experienced Tao or Yin Yoga practitioners also look very "stretchy" and they also move like water, and that's why I feel like a ballet dancer too nowadays.

Awesome! After 2 weeks of doing this short total body wo I absolutely feel the lighteness of my body. My figure changed, my posture is much better my cool tight jeans I couldn't wear since pandemic fit again. Thank you so much.

Wow! So good but so hard! The hardest exercise was the one you said but to the back it was 100 times harder! I couldn’t keep my turnout and my knees would touch the floor! Definitely need to keep working on that one! 😅❤
When you told "the hardest exercise," I thought it actually wasn't that hard till I noticed I had the "banana back"🙃😄😵💫😹 My new favorite!! I am definitely going to get in a much better shape if I do it regularly!! Thanks!!!💚💚
