    For me, this video makes it clear how much ballet dancers have in common with Tai Chi or Qigong practitioners. They move like water, and they look both very "stretchy". Experienced Tao or Yin Yoga practitioners also look very "stretchy" and they also move like water, and that's why I feel like a ballet dancer too nowadays.

    Awesome! After 2 weeks of doing this short total body wo I absolutely feel the lighteness of my body. My figure changed, my posture is much better my cool tight jeans I couldn't wear since pandemic fit again. Thank you so much.

    Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

    Wow! So good but so hard! The hardest exercise was the one you said but to the back it was 100 times harder! I couldn’t keep my turnout and my knees would touch the floor! Definitely need to keep working on that one! 😅❤

    When you told "the hardest exercise," I thought it actually wasn't that hard till I noticed I had the "banana back"🙃😄😵‍💫😹 My new favorite!! I am definitely going to get in a much better shape if I do it regularly!! Thanks!!!💚💚

    I really wanna do this workout, hanna, but you've said I have to warm up and that it's advanced? It would he a m8stake to enter into ballet at advanced level. I just wanna do some ballet workouts. I really like myself.
