- Hi everyone! In this video I gathered my favorite exercises for feet strengthening into a 10 minutes follow-along workout that we can all enjoy together.
For these exercises you will just need an elastic band but it’s optional, you can still enjoy the workout without any equipment.
I think strengthening the feet and making them more flexible and articulated is super important for ballet dancers so I hope you enjoy this little workout routine.

thanks so much! If you need another idea, I would love a short (15 minutes or so) simple pointe practice, at the barre with a few releves, pas de bourree, etc, just to get yourself onto your feet.

I love your videos. This is so so helpful. But please can you use a normal scene instead of the artificial white one? And instead of dark tights I like the pink ones because I can see the definition in your legs better, especially in the ballet videos such as the developpe, arabesque, etc. This was a great feet workout.

Where in Saint Petersburg can I take adult ballet classes that are for beginners/intermediates ? I will soon live there for a few months but I don't want to stop practicing ballet 🥺

I'm not a dancer, actually I have a lot of orthopedic problems with my feet which are very very weak (to the point it's hard to walk long distance). My doc gave me the okay to do these exercises and they are very helpful (and painful too, but no pain no gain, right?). Could you suggest something for ankles too?
Since this is ballet working on your feet is the same as your ankles, i know it sounds weird but trust me!!

Your muscles need time to rest so they can regain there strength and build muscle so if u do more then once a day you would probably be damaging your muscles
I would rather recommend 1x but harder
If it isn't too challenging, U can do the tendu stuff twice so that it's engraved in your brain

Very good workout. If I may make a comment - with all due respect - I find the music distracting and annoying unlike ballet piano music because your voice is partly covered and it is difficult to follow through and concentrate on the exercises especially in the morning 😢😄. However I switched off the volume after memorising your explanations but it is not very practical. 🙏🕊💚🦢💙🍀😘
