Blimey Timmy, he Gungarlin? You're in one of my favourite flyfishing streams.
Now I'm wishing, more than ever, you had taken to the fly rod. You might have doubled your fun while there. Fresh mountain trout in the pan for breakfast - nothing better.

    G'Day Tim,
I love the way that campground looks, and hearing nature makes me feel good inside. One trick I learned about filling a water bottle in a stream like the one there is to always face the neck of the bottle downstream to cut down on the number of contaminants in the water. Stay safe out there.
    Best wishes,
    -Colton

Hi Tim, I feel ive commented on this before,so please excuse repetition.
Your standard of photography is excellent.
Your up there with the very best U- Tube experts. I would hate to think what you have spent on photographic equipment.
Not meaning to " piss in your pocket " but it was great you mentioned carrying your PLB .
The high country can be treacherous, major injuries, illness, mechanical disasters etc can mean life or death.

Looks like a great place, but that's what the weather is like in the high country. The vegetation and terrain looks a lot different than the Victorian high country even though it's the same mountain range. I know it's a bit higher than Mt Bogong and Mt Feathertop.

      Gday mate
      It’s a really nice spot.
The high elevation alpine grasses are very nice to setup camp on.
It’s full on snow country , so the weather can change very quickly.
      Thanks mate.
      Cheers Tim

I resent paying for camping and at $29 per day to get into the park and $6 per night is not what I think camping is all about. NSW needs to rethink its camping policies.

I only had to pay the $6 a night.
I have no issues paying that small amount to camp in locations like that.
      Cheers Tim
