    I hope you enjoy this Pilates workout! Since this workout is done sitting in a chair, I’m revisiting this routine this week while I'm in the rest and rehab phase for my sprained ankle. Don’t worry, you don't need an injury to benefit from this class-give it a try and let me know how it goes!

    Thank you, Melissa for this delicious stretching and loosening of the hips. The left hand side of my body was definitely the stiff side. I think that might be due to having arthritis in my left knee. Thank you again.❤️

    Sorry about your ankle, how is it doing? This was a very fun SHORT class!! Would love it to be longer! Lots of new options on the chair for my spine…loved it!!! Thank you keep healing 😊

      My ankle is SLOWLY getting better. I wish it was recovering more quickly, but it needs more time. So glad you enjoyed the class.

      Overall Pilates can be really wonderful to reduce back pain. It really is a matter of listening to your body and ensuring that the movement feels beneficial.
