@@Diss0lvant I wouldn't want to be on a majority server thats no fun. Also we chose our servers at launch and there was no way to know at launch.

Yeah during bwl and alot of AQ a regrowth natures grace druid with WBs could easily out preform on alot of the fights, Vael for example with ZHC and 5 piece t2 I did over 1000hps and doubled the closest priest to me 😄
For naxx progression though without worlds buffs on for most of it this rejuv healing is coming back strong
Man Omen of clarity is only for melee attacks. It won't help your healing even a tiny bit.
On my guild you perrform zero, every tanks and melee have weakaura script to remove hots, we need space for buffs and consumables. So no hots.
Just saying the fastest speed run in the world lets the druid hot. Maybe your guild should find a spot for hots instead of things like elixir of fortitude (as an example). Also many classes, mainly rogues, will want rejuve in naxx with the druid t3 2 set bonus giving energy/mana/rage.

As someone who is just starting to get into the classic healing scene, It would be interesting for me to see you respond to some of the more critical comments where people have disagreed with some of your points instead of just sifting through all of the counter points and only responding to the "GrEat JoB wHaT aDdOnS u R uSiNg"
I actually love 8 piece T-2 healing. Not only can it be efficient, it can rock the HPS meters. ZHC + max rank rejuv on a short AoE fight can put up some insane numbers. I am also alliance, which probably makes this healing style even better since we don’t have shamans sniping down ranked hots on lightly injured targets.
Also, if my math is right my mana efficiency for max rank is going to go from 5.13 healing per mana (rank 10) to 5.75 healing per mana with the new max rank and rejuv idol. So it’s only going to get better in AQ.
yes, shaman chain heal will destroy rejuv heal strats, I HAVE SEEN IT
I don’t understand how your tanks either #1 don’t have world buffs, #2 don’t care you are knocking them off? Rejuv spam isn’t a thing on horse side because of buff cap. You might be responsible overall for knocking off world buffs by not mentioning anything about that.
Maybe they don' care about world buffs ? 😅

in my guild which is like #4 of the server, the tank actually has room for hots, especially during progress where world buffs gets wipe off very fast.
@@Diss0lvant Oh yeah, in progress without wbuffs it's free for all on hots, on consumes too even. I was talking about the point brought up by the OP, wbuffed tanks
In a raid where you are one of 3 or 4 Druids just healing with rejuvenation is not an option, period.
healing logs on easy content is hard to really analyze because you can just go to current raid tiers with like half the healers and hit 95+ parses as a decent healer
And I am in fond of wow classic druid right now. But it bothers me that I don't have enough keys to bind all the different level of rejuvenation(4/11), healing touch(3/4/7/11), and regrowth(9/4).... Is there anyway to solve this?
This will be my gear and talents for nearly all of naxx(few minor upgrades I'm not concerned about and not worrying about KT mace yet), the t2 3piece is too good to let go of for alot of the naxx fights and 2 piece t3 procs rage and energy of your rejuv, Some fights even for 8/8 t2 and rejuv spam, my max rejuv in full +heal gear heals 500 a tic now, keeping people topped off is still useful healing some one on 100% HP is more likely to survive a hit or a mistake than some one sitting at 80% and it allows the other classes like paladin focus on what there best at and tank/spot heal without being distracted by raid dmg, then in emergency you have nature swiftness and natures grace regrowth healing too and Wooshoolays charm for your crazy burst

Thanks :) i'm using healbot as the click to heal addon, and just bartender for moving around the bars and hiding most of them :)
I'm not sure that it's worth trading a lot of +healing for a couple more ticks of Rejuv. For example, Robes of Exalted, Corehound Belt and Wild Growth Spaulders have a combined +95 healing compared with T2.
U are losing a lot of stats too if u are not using the t2. If ur main spell is reju is totally worth it.
100 healing makes a difference of about ~50 hp per tick. In healing gear that's 200 extra health for 1 cast of the spell. The last tick of the t2 druid's spell will more than account for that, especially if they have decent rings, trinkets, and enchants. They also get the mana efficiency of 5 ticks per cast of rejuv & the raw stats from tier gear. That said, I don't think this kind of build is as effective at keeping a raid alive as just a normal build focused on healing touch. It's just meter padding.
@@vgorp3849 I don't think the other gear factors in, because that would be equipped either way. I agree that mana efficiency might be slightly better, it would depend on the other stats on the non-tier gear so there are a lot of variables to consider. Rejuv spam might make more sense with Idol of Rejuv & the 2-piece T3 set bonus, though.
With the 8P tier 2, you're also missing out on CaC and emp leggings which is also another +100 healing on top - in addition, with the full T2 you're expecting those last ticks to actually heal while most of the time after 10 seconds that player will most likely be back to 100% HP. Meanwhile focusing on +healing will generally heal more during that window
I've done some comparing, and yes once you reach a certain Healing power it becomes more effective than using t2, however iirc that is pretty much full BiS healing power gear

Hey man i v been playing Druids for years in TBC and Vainilla servers. You have to try Reju rank 4 + regrowth if u are raid healing. U can check my logs in classic wow im topping the meters every week. U are losing a lot of healing with rank 3. If u have the gear and the trincket from DMF try higher ranks. U wont have mana problems even if u combinate those rejus with some regrowth. Im using NG regrowth talents * improved reju. Love your content about Rdruid. Im Nych from Ashbringer.
How do actually use Omen of clarity? ive tried this but having a rough time trying to make the ability proc.

Rejuv spec looks good on meters, but is it effective at saving people when actual danger is present?
Monitoring a raids or a persons capacity to survive on a single healer is stupid...of course rejuv wont save a person from dying but it slowly recovers steady damage so your priests can focus their flash heals on spike damage. Healing is a Team Sport and keeping the entire raid alive is #1. Also you cant heal stupid aka standing in fire.
@@ProdigalInk Sure, except that dangerous damage happens too fast for a human to meaningfully react to spikes. If priests aren't already casting Flash Heal when the big hit comes, the tank will be dead before they can complete a new cast. I agree that healing is a team sport, which is why you should let the shamans with chain heal handle raid healing and let the Druid stick to a tank. All direct heals are too slow if you are casting them as a reaction. The other thing to consider is the number of buffs you are trying to manage. At the highest level, Rejuv is not allowed on tanks, in case it accidentally causes something like a Flask or other buff to fall off at an in-opportune time. Not that everyone can or should adhere to the Speedrunner meta, but there are a lot of factors besides the HPS of a single healer to consider. That's why HPS meters are usually not considered a very good tool for evaluating a healer.

I generally keep a rejuv on the mages in 5-mans, and swiftmend often is what keeps them alive. There just aren't that many instant heals in classic, and it is on a short-ish CD. Sometimes a tank runs ahead, and having swiftmend means that I don't have to risk a long cast right when he moves just a bit too far. It is nice when I am moving into 30 yard range for decurse or getting rid of poison as well. Because I pvp and do 5-mans, I have the reduced push back talents. When things are going well, you don't need it. Mostly, if there is even a chance at pushback I just spam rejuvs in raid or pvp, but that isn't always an option.
@@michaelsandy2869 what spec are you? I've not specced to Swiftmend yet, I've heard it's very mana intensive. I'm currently running HotW/NS but I would love for my Rejuvenation to be stronger which this spec doesn't add the points into improved Rejuvenation 😩

Nah... Hpala are focused mostly on tanks. Shamans could be worst than Hpalas to use this spec. Im topping meters using reju R4 and regrowth. Nych-Ashbringer. Feel free to check the logs.
@@nych-5687 Hpalies on Pyrewood EU do not primarily heal tanks, they mostly snipe raid dmg, especially if they are players who are quick to react. Normal to run with 4-5 hpallies in the raid groups I've been in with no dedicated tank/raid healers. Healing meters: 1-2 paladins at top -> Druids -> rest of palas and one priest -> rest of priests at bottom. The current content in p4 just do not have enough raid dmg in the encounters which enables paladins to snipe. Once we get encounters with heavy raid dmg then we will see the balance tip more in favor of bringin priests and druids.
You think Pallies are bad? Resto Shamans are much worse with their Chain heal. Ally side is best side for Resto Druids.
If you have people pumping their numbers by deliberately snipe healing, then you either have too many healers, or the healers you have are wasting mana and therefore slowing your raid down by having to drink more.

Rejuv healing is very good but not in rejuv spec and not in 8/8 t2. Just wear max heal power gear and spam max rank rejuv between regrowth and healing touch casts to heal up the raid. Current classic meta is that you have unlimited major mana potions and demonic runes, content is so easy and encounters are so fast that there is no need of HpM ratio. 8/8 bonus not worth it, you lose a lot of heal power.
That 'clasic meta' is for speed runs and progressive content. Spending hours grinding for mats per hour raiding isn't efficient for some people. Current speed run mana uses FLASKS for unlimited mana, and is therefore beyond consideration for most people. When aiming at giving advice for the average person, consider their raiding environment, not the raiding environment of the elite.

When you are talking about Rejuvenation druid, you should review the overhealing % of rejuvenation specifically. Swiftmend usually drags the overall overhealing % further down and chances are your rejuv are in fact 50-60%+ overhealing.
This ofc greatly depends on the number of healers the raid is running, but is still a thing to consider with 8 healers
yeah i was gonna write this, we have a shit ton of shamans and melee in our guild, so chain heals are popping off left and right, the only heals that really land for me are HT and the occasional rejuv/regrowth in trouble times.
50% overhealing on MT (probably max rank rej), 35% elsewhere (probably rank 3 rej). Details should take into account overhealing so either way he was clearly the top healer.
His logs are public so you could have just searched it yourself.

I'm at 415 heal per tick in my Resto gear. You sacrifice too much +heal to get T2 8/8. He's at 175 (?) for an extra tick - not worth it.
If you are the only druid healer, or if your guild is good about splitting HoT responsibility, the T2 bonus means you can have similar throughput but much more int and spirit.
@@michaelsandy2869 The only way this makes sense if if your non-Tier gear is garbage (no Emp Legs, Crown, Pure Thot, WGS, etc). And even then, it's suspect.

@Wat Denkkksst yeah guess I was comparing them without mace, my bad. Still a big difference though when you look at differences in +heals from EMP leggings, WGS, pure thought boots, corehound belt, wasphide gloves, bracers of royal red. I mean I feel like it's a big diff in heal throughput. Also I can't do rejuv heal spam in my raids because we have a lot of shamans and chain heal is too op and snipes all my ticks. I've tried it and just had like 60%+ overheals which is no bueno. I think you can only really do this strat with specific guild setup.
@Wat Denkkksst out of curiosity what does your max rank rejuv tick typically tick for? As I said rejuv spam is hard for me cuz of having a lot of shamans blasting chain heals all day. I did it before in my old guild and it was def viable.

Your math at 2:55 is wrong. Rejuvenation doesnt have a 100% spell power coefficient
with 8/8 T2 it does. ticks 5 times instead of 4, maintains the 20% coefficient per tick

If you're not getting every single buff possible every single week you're not gonna hit buff cap, though that changes depending on player/guild requirements
I use rank 1 rejuv to fish for blue dragon procs then i spam max rank and then i use rank 4 healing touch spam for wverything else

Hey just to let you know, all of my guildies have buff cap tracker, and we dont let rejuv HoT's stay on. I automatically take them off because it takes up a buff slot. We only bring 1 druid healer for the buff, and 1 druid tank. thats it. just letting you know.
