Thanks for these videos. I haven't emphasized this enough in my workouts. I'm currently laid out with a pretty severe low back strain. I think I was primed for injury due to a workout, then went about doing what I normally do afterwards, and the injury floored me. I've been lifting almost 20 years and just turned 40 this year. I'll now make it a special focus to do more of this kind of training on a consistent basis. I'm looking forward to healing up and getting back to it. Thanks for putting these videos out there.

Spinal stenosis has gotten significantly worse over the years , doing everything I can to avoid surgery so Iv been changing my training accordingly. I have long term plans to buy your good morning machine but would like to hear it’s benefits over the seated back extension machine. Thank you for this video, i will try these exercises. I always get about a month or two of muscle pain in lower back/hip after a 1RM attempt on the dead lift. Only thing that breaks the pain is more dead lifting but on lower weights at about 70-75% of my max. Will definitely implement these exercises most probably on a daily level.
