Amy what is a good time to eat 4 meals a day . One protein snack included . I am up 16.5 hours a day. I struggle work 3 am rise and early bed for eating schedule.
I love watching these videos, they are super helpful! I do notice you eat alot of scrambled egg whites. I struggle to eat egg whites it makes me gag. Any tips to make it taste better?
Thanks for watching the videos! I definitely get stuck in a rut with the egg whites. Do you still not like them when you add a whole egg and cheese, like an omelette? Have you ever tried egg white oatmeal, or even egg white pancakes (1/3 cup egg whites, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, and 1/3 cup oatmeal blended in a blender). Those are SOOO yummy! And you can get your egg whites, without scrambling them on a skillet.
We have tried the egg white oatmeal but only use 2 tbs I sneak it in and it doesnt taste like egg whites snd it makes the oatmeal more creamy… he hasnt noticed yet!

That's a tough schedule!! I am up for at least 4-5 hours before I have my first meal because I get up at 4. I eat at 9:00, noon, 3:00 and 5:00.
