I am working on balancing my blood sugar and eating the right amount of protein to build muscle is key right now. I need to meal prep so that I feel energized through the day and not crave carbs after 7pm. Please do more meal prep videos! I need to learn this well. What lovely energy you two have! 💓🙌

My best friend didn’t like sweet potatoes until I roasted some up with cinnamon and a bit of homemade tallow and she loved them!!! The 2 go together so well!!

Great video, getting lots of ideas to make them plant based! I often make a chickpea of the sea salad, using minced up chickpeas instead of tuna and using some dulse flakes to make it taste like the sea. Does Ken eat a greater amount of food than yourself to meet his caloric requirements? I used to serve my husband an equal amount as me, but then I realized that I'm probably gaining more because I'm eating the same amount as him! So I started putting less food on my plate than his!
