Rowan, thank you for including the longer intermittent breaks between the harder sets. Makes it easier for me to keep up with you VS the quick 15 sec rests on the routine that has 27M views. While that routine is awesome, I find myself trying to constantly catch my breath as there's very little rest between sets. So thank you for this new routine, hopefully I can get to a place where I can keep up with you on the harder routine in the near future.
I've been to gyms and had personal trainers, but i hadn't achieved the look i have now. It wouldnt have been possible without your your channel. Thanks alot for the fun and challenging workouts that actually work. Caio.

There are lots of guys in this business with these kinds of workout routines. Some of them's routines so hard or a combination of stupid actions. But this guy's workout routines have a balance to make your body shredded. Just a couple of days ago, I started with a beginner HIIT workout. Today, it is time to change the routine. Because of the pandemic, I stayed at home as a freelancer and got too much weight. With these workouts, I am sure that I will convert my body to the shape as in the old days. Greetings from Turkey :)
