    Summary: Each set (45sec)
    1. Push-ups + shoulder taps
    2. Alternate lunges
    3. High knees
    4. Mountain climbers
    5. Jumping jacks
    6. Burpees
    7. Flutter kicks
    8. Push-ups with with rotation
    9. Squat jumps
    10. Shadow boxing
    11. Plank knee to elbow
    12. Fast feets

    Rowan, thank you for including the longer intermittent breaks between the harder sets. Makes it easier for me to keep up with you VS the quick 15 sec rests on the routine that has 27M views. While that routine is awesome, I find myself trying to constantly catch my breath as there's very little rest between sets. So thank you for this new routine, hopefully I can get to a place where I can keep up with you on the harder routine in the near future.

    Used to only run , cycle and swim as my exercise. Ever since I incorporated this along with yoga and some martial arts training, I felt improvements in my overall strength and stability. The change in the outward appearance is a bonus. Thanks!

    Hi Rowan, I do follow couple of your videos in my weekly program. The foremost problem that I faced usually is I run out of breath very often. I wonder how have you conditioned your body so well which shows no signs of any fatigue & short of breath during your exercises. What is your secret bro?

    There are lots of guys in this business with these kinds of workout routines. Some of them's routines so hard or a combination of stupid actions. But this guy's workout routines have a balance to make your body shredded. Just a couple of days ago, I started with a beginner HIIT workout. Today, it is time to change the routine. Because of the pandemic, I stayed at home as a freelancer and got too much weight. With these workouts, I am sure that I will convert my body to the shape as in the old days.
