i had also the 'wobble' , eventually it was the NTC9461 Bracket for Panhard Rod Mounting to Chassis that was a bit loose , just a half turn on the nuts to get the right torque... - on defender td300i -- did all the other tricks before we found that problem
Happy New Year! I watched a vid on this same issue and it turned out to be the wrong type of wheel nut. The road wheel was not centered on the hub. Correct wheel nuts fitted - problem solved!
@@TheNorthernExplorer Yes, lets hope so. This guy jacked up the car and ran the engine in gear and watched the wheels revolve. You could see the up and down movement on the rim.

It’s quite scary when it happens on the road! I’m fairly confident that it is the panhard rod bushes

Ahh that is a good point! I’ve had my wheels off that many times I know it can’t be that haha! I’m hoping it is the panhard bushes

I think maybe this and the next video will have cured it. I have a little upgrade 👍
