I get stressed out going grocery shopping at places around my own home. Kurts really living to the fullest and accepts fear and the unknown. That blows my mind. I need to learn to stop being so afraid of the little things and to stop caring about what others think.

Maybe if you are confident, approach people in a friendly way, and show them that you mean well, you can go anywhere. That brings some light into even the darkest or most desperate of people. They will likely appreciate something like a shared drink or conversation with such a man.
