I agree that his videos are interesting. I wouldn't call it "living" though. Living is a wife and kids in a house that you own on land with safety, privacy, family, peace and good health. Talking trash for hours with half drunk slackers is not living. I traveled to about 100 countries for my work and it got old real fast. Going to hang out in neighborhoods in a foreign country that you wouldn't even consider driving through in your own country is contrived at best.There is nothing magical about that except how it makes people on YT send you free money.

Kurt's ability to defend himself has to be part of why he's so confident when interacting
It could get him killed. Thinking he can fight some gang members. They will pull out a gun.
Bro half the places he goes to are places where they will just pull a gun on you 95% of the time if their plan is to rob you or whatever. Self defense doesn't mean shit.
A certain level of confidence will be your first layer of self-defence. You are less likely to be targeted if you act just confident enough. Take it too far and become cocky, and you'll be in danger.
Situational awareness is important. You'll have to pick your fights carefully. Not worth getting stabbed over your Gopro and some change.
Especially when moving in narrow streets and alleys, always be mindful of the exits and dead-ends. Don't get drunk and walk alone in these places, don't be distracted by your phone etc. If you get lost, try to make your way back to a more public area before checking Maps.
What I find the most amazing is how a group of people that don’t know each other can just come together and have a GREAT time 👈🙂 This is what life’s about right there

I mean, from what I could see, Sebastian just got curious to see a couple of foreigners in that area that tourist don't really visit and he just approached to them because he genuinely wanted to have the opportunity to interact with people from a different culture and show them around. Being that said, I am not sure if it would be nice to say at the end _"Well Sebastian, it was really nice to meet you! By the way, take this money"_ as if he had been working for them.
