I have made this in creo 7.0, I am facing a problem in relief inside the flange command.... In relief "stretch" is not working. When I select stretch in that nothing is happened.......???
I am not able to make gussets with this method. I dont get the option of revolving it as a surface at the end of the revolve tool. I am using Creo 7.0. Any help would be appreciated.
Satyender I am unable to create flange in Creo 6.0...both 1st and 2nd flange. So what I did was I went for Unbend created the flange and did the unbend for each of the flange...... After that I am unable to do flat pattern if I follow this method.... Thanks in Advance.

In this tutorial..... i can't able to create flange at entire edge....why???...... press and hold shift key i can't select entire edge....the entire edge is not showing...why?...how can i rectify this prblm?....I'm using Creo 3.0
I think you have chosen wrong option. Let me tell you one more thing, there are two different options to create flange in creo. 1st one is called Flat and 2nd one is called Flange. Go with flange. Both icon looks similar. Hope this will solve your problem.

You 1st select any edge and then go for shift key. I think this will work.

This was not going to unbend when both the flange I was constructed
Try to increase the accuracy. Go to "File-prepare-model properties-accuracy" and increase the accuracy. Change the value to 0.0001 that's it.
