Interesting how you were able to keep the rear emergency escape door, and the washer/dryer space. Good move ! I like the sliding glass door to the kitchen and living area better than the single door.. Lots of light into the living room. Warm and Cozy. Another winner !
I love this model.
Love all the built in cupboards. Magnificent looking. Love the kitchen.
I love the amount of storage. Always an issue for tiny houses. I can see why it the most popular!
Love this one! High ceilings make all the difference.
I like the j-style countertop. I can imagine it wld be a bonus for food prep with that shape counter. I wish a price range was quoted. I think everyone understands actual price is dependent on what is ordered per individual unit but a base cost wld be most helpful to determine one's options and save time.
It’s mostly dependent on what they think they can get out of you, most places are sold at way over value these days because nobody does their homework and or haggles.
As I recall, Park Model homes are more expensive than others, although they're probably more luxurious. Seems to me as I remember, these cost over $100 grand. The Serene and Simple channel lady, Linda, bought hers for something like $20 grand, from a different manufacturer.
It looks nice can you have a queen size bed or a king size bed in the bedroom?
I really like this one. Being in my upper 60s I don't really want anything with the loft this would be perfect.
I am curious how wide the halls and doorways are. For ‘aging in place’ they would need to be wide enough to push a walker thru or a narrow wheelchair even. Hmm?
I wish these would come with mini splits!
Price?
I love all the light! Windows galore, makes it seem bigger all throughout! Also layout is great! Roomy and lots of storage!!
Love it very nice
Really nice park model. Your designs that you sell I feel are the best. I absolutely love the washer dryer space on this model and that back door. Kitchen is a big success also! I could live very comfortably in this model the living room is truly one of the largest looking that I've seen. Well, by video. Great job. Thank you for providing these youtubes.
This is a truly lovely home!
OMG the J Shape Peninsula Counter!!! What a space maximizing feature!! The bathroom nearly is a j shape too. Nice build the space is fully maximized
Thanks Terry!
This is nice! The kitchen and bathroom provide more space/counter space than I have in my apartment!
I really like this house. Would like to see a price range and if the master room hold a double, queen or king mattress.
I love this one maybe something I'll invest in soon 👌
Want to know how energy efficient it is… how insulated is it?(Just looks drafty to me )
We have winter here.
We do upgraded insulation in all our units. As you can see we are in a snowy climate as well. R-13 in the walls and r-21 insulation in the floor and ceiling.
Beautiful just Beautiful!
This was so amazing, I love it!!!
+1
Thanks Mary!
Super nice!👍
Can you request windows that are not as tall? It would be nice to put a table or cabinet under a window and still be able to open the window
Absolutely Gorgeous 😍
I really like this floorplan.
Beautiful
Really nice home 👌 thank you for your😉
Love it...I like the J Shaped kitchen counter.
Awesomeness Beautiful wow ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love tiny houses
That's really nice I like that one
Really like this, but a price is never given for any of these. I think we are all intelligent enough to realize there will be delivery charges, set up and taxes. Do not understand why a base price cannot be stated, ☹️
Beautiful tiny house, I love it. Can you deliver it to Washington D.C. ?
I like it but hate carpet. I would want tile or different flooring. And if possible heated floors in by the main entrance and by the washer and dryer. That's me. Pretty though.
Awesomeness ❤❤
Awesomeness Beautiful wow ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wait, do you not have an HVAC unit installed upon delivery?
Lovely! BASE PRICE PLEASE...
Hallway too narrow ,
Bedroom too small, bathroom stall too small.
Luxurious.
Price already!!!!!
Hug
How much
Can this be shipped to CA? I asked about another model before ands was told know so I’m curious about this one
😍😍😍
no…i would never own a tiny house with vinyl walls and seams..
They do. It's extra.
Does the bedroom fit only a queen mattress
Love this one do y'all ship the tiny house's ?
What are the dimensions of this beautiful home? Looks really big!
Could the hallway be made wider for a wheelchair
Also the counters would have to be a little lower since I'm in a wheelchair and the J Island would have to be straight rather than in the day I like the J but with the wheelchair and all it would not work
My mom is looking at tiny homes. How much is this one? What does delivery and set up cost? She lives in North Georgia.
Can this be delivered to Texas
Can you deliver to California?
Ok I live in Mishawaka, and work in Elkhart . Can I come look at them?
As always, no price range estimates given. We are intelligent. We understand it is not a price quote and is subject to change, but never any information as to price ranges, even when you say that it just sold.
Yes, I agree that estimates should be included!!!
What is the cost of this one and do they come in other colors
Should make some like this but with a couple of pop outs not like on fith wheels but with braces for more permanent set up.
i think the only thing i would want different is maybe that second door leading to the opposite side of the house.
Cute house BUT. Stop with the “J” shaped counter top. That inside corner is not effective. 😮
I don’t mind it.
Agree. I like park model houses a lot for their size but mostly dislike the interiors, lots of weird shape furnitures that take up space. It's a tiny house, should've been designed with clever space saving in mind.
Is this models dryer vented to the outside? I couldn't see.
Hey sir may I ask how big is this tiny home?
What about having solar ?
Hate the floor vents and the board walls…makes it look cheap!
Roughly how much does one of these cost?
Price range?!
What is cost of this model????
Not a fan of the j counter shape
What's the price?
Very nice!!!
Absolutely love this one, except that awkward 'j' jut out piece of the counter
Cost
The big crate on the floor in the living room is a bad location and that washer dryer door is going to hit the doorknob to the door going out near the bathroom.
I thought about the back door hitting the washer dryer door but I think if you flip the back door to go the other way it would be better.
Question, I asked this before and received No Answer... The Ones with Lofts.... Why Don't the Manufactures offer a option to Raise the Loft so that we can have a Full Second Floor? Either Raise it Mechanically or Electrically. Either put the Wall sections you need to add, in the loft or Unfold as it raises... Solid Walls of coarse. Electrical for ceiling lights could plug in to a socket in the lower section and a Interior wall so the room could actually be a room.
I would like a Park Model that has a Loft but also would actually want a Second Bedroom/Hobby Room/Guest Room and Not a Crawl Space. I am Too F'n Old, Fat and Out of Shape to be crawling around on the floor.
I'm not sure what you mean by a loft you can raise for a full second floor, but I wonder if the answer to your question of why that's not offered is that houses designed to be transported vs. built on site are limited to 14 feet tall or less due to legal road limits (plus physical obstructions like bridges, trees, street lights, etc.). Since the max height has to include the trailer and tires the house is carried on plus the thickness of floor, roof, insulation, etc., there literally isn't room for two full-size floors in houses designed to move.
@@bellaluce7088 Yeah But once on site, You Lift the Loft either Hydraulically or Manually and Put in the Added Wall pieces provided by the Manufacture to raise the Loft and make it a Second Floor... Just Like "Pop Outs" On Campers... Campers can only be so wide, that is why they offer ones with "Pop Outs", so they become Wider once on Site and Parked... Or the "Pop UP' Campers that are only 2ft High ( NOT Including Wheels/Trailer ) and end up being 7ft High Once set up... Do the Same sort of thing for Lofted Trailers.... But with Solid Walls and Not Canvas.. And there are Many 2 Story Houses being/that have been moved, just need Permits and Support Vehicles and $$$$$$ To do it all..
To be classified as a travel trailer, the sq ft limit is 399. Lofts are always bonus space and do not count towards sq ft limits if they don't reach a certain height. You can get higher ceilings in lofts without any problem, but it becomes classified as a house and taxed accordingly as opposed to being taxed as a travel trailer.
@@22Catch22 Or as long as they are not taken off the trailer and can still be permanently set up. Also depends on IF they are in City Limits or not. I am Outside City Limits and have NO restrictions ( or codes for that matter ) on what I build. I could add a second floor to my camper or even a third floor and it not count to Square Footage.
Just like in NY, You are limited to a 10x10 Base... But on First Floor Only! That is why you see people building 10x10's and the second floor is Larger. Still meets (their) Codes... Saw that on a Episode of "This Old House"...
Please show again when staged.
This is not a tiny house.
Show this exact unit with a loft & all electric cooking etc
