This model has probably the best use of space I've seen in any of these. You've got a full-sized built-in desk, a half-bath, a bedroom big enough for a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a huge shower -- all in a 399 sq. ft. tiny home. The black bowl sink is so much classier than the basic stainless-steel sink in the previously shown Sandpiper. It works so well that I hope it ends up not being a limited feature. The black shiplap in the living area adds a nice aesthetic touch to the front of the home. The ensuite bathroom shower is just awesome for a tiny home. I'd want to omit the transom window, but the rest of it is great. Love the tile, love the size, love the seat in the back, and love the dual sprayers.

You need to start a location of RRC in the far western suburbs of Chicago where it appears that a couple of suburbs will be allowing tiny houses. First a community would need to be established with RRC the dealer for that park/community. It would need to a a year round park, loke a manufactured home park and not a campground. The pricing would need to be similar. Housing costs are too high in our area and manufactured homes have become ridiculous and then you add the high lot rent , and it’s not affordable anymore. This floor plan is nice, but it would need to be modified for our midwestern weather. The porch would have to go as I don’t think the southern pine ceiling would make it through the elements. That space could convert into a larger living room. To get around the porch, a covered deck could be added after purchase.Add insulation to the walls and ceiling to make it midwestern winter friendly. Maybe a center loft over the bathrooms and part of the kitchen to eliminate the hot air rising in the bathroom. The feel is so different and better than a small single wide mfg. home. I’ve lived in 3. The windows an 16:25 d light are great. You’re models include windows in the baths, I don’t know why this get omitted from houses. More than one window in the master bedroom is nice. Now get a location in Illinois!

Love the splash glass shower...even w shower seat... makes the bathroom feel much larger...Loves the built-in desk..lowered countertop in the middle...Powder room is always nice for those who have frequent guests....Likes to see all the options!

Mr. Tiny, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do a refresh of the PLATINUM 648! That is AMAZING! 825 sq ft with desk, fireplace w/bookshelves, desk, separate tub/shower, 2 sink, deck, king size bed. I can't believe it isn't a best seller. What I would change is put French doors where the tall windows are by the kitchen so people can make that a front door while having the deck as a side door. I would take out two kitchen cabinets and put 2 windows above the sink for curb appeal and a beautiful view. I would put an extra window on the other side of the door to the deck. Also, make the shower a tile shower and the fireplace wood burning. An additional door in the bedroom and added deck would also add a wonderful benefit plus symmetry to the look of the outside. Then it is PERFECTION!
Mr Tiny love your inclusive videos, only addition I would ask is if you could reference room sizes as you walk through, including hallway sizes, thank you
I agree with this as its hard to judge size in a video. You're a big guy, but when I see you turn sideways to go through a doorway or hallway, I wonder if its because its undersized.
OK, I've literally watched hundreds of these tours and THIS is my model!!! I love that there aren't a ton of windows everywhere, especially in the front. I love that the kitchen is minimal, 'cause I don't like to cook. I love the desk up front 'cause I work from home. I love the porch. I love the black color of the exterior as well as the accent walls inside. I love that the full bath is en suite. Yes!!!! Now, to win the lotto so I can afford it, lol.
Love the height, the accent walls, the shower, and that bowl sink. Like that it has central AC. Probably would swap out the desk for a drop leaf table.

Love that desk! I’m one of the people who’s been asking for that. That bedroom is amazing. Hard to imagine how it could be so big and still be a tiny house. I also love the windows on two sides in the bedroom and the extra clear stories in the bath

O M G!! There’s NO words for this Tiny Home…I personally would remove the desk and extend the counter’s some (just enough to allow a side-by-side frig AND dishwasher). I ❤️ the farm style sink in the kitchen, as well as the rain-shower shower head in the full-bathroom! The lighter wood inside on the floor is GREAT!
This one hit the jackpot for me. It’s PERFECT!!!!❤ I love the half bath. I would change the desk part, put in a small dishwasher and have a tall counter with two stools where you can eat.
This has my name on it, I love everything about it. I would just lose the desk and cabinets because I have a desk. Then again my small dinette set. I 😍 the black accent wall, and switch out the countertops for quartz in black if it comes in that color. This is beautiful and I have so many ideas, I'm going to make this happen.

Like you suggested, I would leave off the fest area, because it gives you the flexibility to add a small table or a desk. You don’t have to have it built in.

Sharp park model. Agree with prior comment about using the 1/2 bath to open up/widen the galley kitchen either for a small eating/desk area, appliance placement to allow living room to use full 13ft width. Thanks for another RRC review Mr. Tiny.
I like this floor plan, but I would make a few changes. I'd eliminate the half bath, move the refrigerator into that 1/2 bath space along with the w/d, and delete the desk with all the cabinets. I'd also go for a gas cook top without an oven and have a convection microwave. I'd also get an on demand gas hot water heater and put it in the new laundry room ( formal 1/2 bath) and put a pull out base cabibet in its place with a trash can. I would put open shelves in the smaller pantry and would put a smaller desk in the original laundry space area and call it a day!
As a fan of the Tiny homes this 1 just seems a little cramped. The fridge should be moved where the 1/2 bath is. I would move more things around but not necessarily another unit.
I would lose the desk and just extend the countertop to the end for a eating/working area. Do you offer the 5 foot refrigerator/freezer? Can you do the shower without the bench? That would be better for me. I really like this showcase and it has my favorite color combination.👍
Now THIS is a luxury tiny home. Brilliant design! It just keeps going. I love the layout! I'd probably ditch the desk and put in a convertable desk/table. There's a great one online that extends to seat 2 or 4. My only question is where is the waher/dryer? It could go in that big closet if the water heater could be relocated to a cabinet. It looks like I was meant for that anyway. You could also switch out the living room windows for a slider and put a beautiful deck or patio off to the side of the home. Beautiful home! Bravo!
Wren Thanks, i somehow missed it. I watched again. What a lovely home. After looking at it again, the kitchen seems too small - almost no prep space and I don't like the oven sitting right up against the refrigerator. Also, no dishwasher. I guess you give all that up for other space. Other than that, it's wonderful. Great for someone who doesn't cook much.

Too many windows in my opinion, like living in a fish bowl. No privacy at all.
You can can always request what windows you don't want. Windows bring in light which make small rooms feel bigger and not so much feeling trapped.

Now THIS is a luxury tiny home. Brilliant design! It just keeps going. I love the layout!
I'd probably ditch the desk and put in a convertable desk/table. There's a great one online that extends to seat 2 or 4. My only question is where is the waher/dryer? It could go in that big closet if the water heater could be relocated to a cabinet. It looks like I was meant for that anyway. You could also switch out the living room windows for a slider and put a beautiful deck or patio off to the side of the home. Beautiful home! Bravo!
The washer/dryer goes in the empty space just outside the bedroom (opposite the water heater closet you mentioned) - he shows it at 10:28.
Wren Thanks, i somehow missed it. I watched again. What a lovely home. After looking at it again, the kitchen seems too small - almost no prep space and I don't like the oven sitting right up against the refrigerator. Also, no dishwasher. I guess you give all that up for other space. Other than that, it's wonderful. Great for someone who doesn't cook much.
