I don’t like a loft, I feel claustrophobic with the low ceiling. However the floor layout is pretty good. Without the stairs you could have a larger kitchen.

Love these little homes but sure would like to see more that don't have a loft no one can stand up in ... I would never use that upstairs space except as a "dumping ground" and I bet I'm not alone.

I love the loft! Lol. It's a perfect place for my nephew to hang out when he comes to visit, plus it gives a lot of extra storage space, too. But I know there are plenty of people like you who don't care for it. To each his own. 😊
I just love watching these videos and dreaming about living in a tiny home. 😁

❤ I'm 100% agreeable with you. I'm older and I most certainly can't do the steps I absolutely do not want Aloft area nor the space of the Lost area. Love the park models extra space and a must-have porch LOL

I don't care for the black exterior I don't like the look and we're from the south and it gets very very hot down here and with the black would even be hotter. Besides is very unappealing.

❤ love the kitchen and desk model small but space saver lots of countertop space love it. Designed where you don't have to walk them all to reach everything. At my age I like convenience and this model has it.❤❤❤❤

I would change the loft into a storage space, change the shower surround to something else, and I would change the cabinets to a brown color and stainless steel appliances, but it’s pretty

No place at all to eat; not even on kitchen peninsula! That would be a big drawback for us cuz who wants to always sit in living room for meals? Otherwise not bad. Loft could be used for storage (neat and in totes and away from railing, so out of sight) plus room for blow-up mattress for guest, if needed.

I’ve watched your videos for awhile, and some things are always confusing to me. Every other company who does these park model tiny homes uses mini-splits, or sometimes two. Even in cold weather areas in Canada, they do Arctic mini-splits plus small heaters on the wall in various rooms. Also, why do a big water heater when an on-demand system is more efficient and uses up less valuable space for storage. You also don’t utilize every place possible for storage-why not storage in a few stairs, under the cabinets in toe-kicks, etc. I’m looking for a park model for full-time living. Are these not for full-time living, or are they just vacation homes? I don’t understand why you’re not doing these things. Can you explain?

    I like these homes
However they really need to be made for full time all seasons living, and proper insulation for the winter season, especially for Canada the North is very cold and icy conditions, considering the mess our economy is in now, everything is so very expensive, people are becoming homeless, because they can’t afford to pay the rents and mortgages and cost of living, it’s getting worse , not better,
I am in need of a home, and a nice clean new home I can afford to maintain and live in,
In a small home, the less junk in them the better, and these small cabinets against the living room walls, I think are an eye sore, the take up needed space, and limited the furniture the individual would like to buy themselves
Pick out their own future and decor, I certainly don’t want cabinets stuck out , taking up floor space and blocking areas such as between the living room area , and kitchen
I don’t want big wife cabinets or huge refrigerators taking up space
I think it should be made small to accommodate the living space to open up the rooms more
I think it looks to cluttered
And yes definitely do need a washer and dryer
Not every wants to go to a dirty public laundry mat. I’ve seen what they look like , wasting people time, because of the inconvenience
Park models are beautiful, most of what I’ve seen, some did not impress me much
It’s Hight time people had their needs cattered to,
It’s the sign of the times, with the cost of living, people can not afford summer park model homes just to stay there for a couple of months a yrs
Times are changing again very quickly
Make them full time living and practical, also seniors have difficulty climbing up small steep stairs cases and walking
A 5 ft loft is too low.
Also the bedroom window I think should be be higher up on the ground, think safety
Theft and break ins are on the rise again, higher than before,
    Just saying
Think about the paying customers who are retired and needed their retirement more comfortable and safer.
Yes the home is very nice
    Many great features they have
I’ve been looking at these homes for a few years
I can’t believe the god awful price they now .
That’s happened I’ve noticed big increases in cost since 2012

Parks Models and tiny homes are NOT the same thing! Builders and building codes are mis-leading to sell bigger trailers like this. Mis-leading video 👎👎

Park models are only 399 sq ft and definitely considered a tiny home. It just depends on other people's opinions on what a tiny home is defined as. We definitely don't mislead people. Just try to educate our products to them.

@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE Park models began around 300-400 sq.ft. in the 1950's wayy before tiny homes came to be. The tiny house concept started in the late 2000's with builds less than 200 sq.ft and were still considered illegal to live in.. So what were Park models considered back in the 1950-1990's when tiny homes were never ever heard of..?
Like I said Park model builders and building codes are taking advantage of the tiny house craze in order to sell bigger trailer$
Your Park models are just the same 1990's park model style home but with a new loft feature (seen in tinies) and with a much smaller kitchen now to accomodate the stairs to the loft.
