The Moonstone is on sale today for only $85,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

I LIKE this one! At my age I can't crawl around in a loft so the extra space on one level is great!!

I truly like it. If they built one like this that was wider and had more drawers and cabinets in the kitchen plus make the porch 10 feet long it would probably be perfect. Course that would cost more too. I'm crazy about big porches. I would want to configure it so I could have a gradual incline ramp that connects to one side as this would be my age-in-place home.

I agree. The loft seems necessary it probably gives another 250 square feet.
I love the living area. It feels more like a living area in a mid-sized home. The entertainment center is perfect. Great size and elegantly designed. I really like the wood look.
A dining space next to the living area doesn't seem very realistic to me, but that's okay. I'd probably get a convertible coffee/dining table for the living area.
The galley-style kitchen looks nice and functional. It's really all I would need when it comes to kitchen space.
The bathroom is just big enough to not look cramped. Smart choice with the tile shower. It makes 48 inches look quite a bit larger than it would look with a fiberglass insert. I think any shower that's less than 60 inches should be a tile shower.
I think my favorite part of the Moonstone is the surprisingly large bedroom. That's something that really helps to make a tiny home feel not so tiny. I wasn't expecting anything major with the closet, but it's certainly adequate for a tiny home.
The price on this home is surprisingly attractive. Anything lower than $100,000 seems like a gift these days, and $85,000 sounds especially nice.
Love the entertainment center and bedroom. Also the separation wall is great. And liked the price. Another hit imo.
Nice bedroom! I would get rid of the large window in the living room and maybe add a transom window above he door. Looks great for anyone who wants to age in place!
This is my favorite floor plan so far!!! I’m so shocked at how big it looks compared to other floor plans! A Home run for sure!!!!❤❤❤
Love the sofa window. Nice built in fireplace, TV cabinet. Porch is nice too. I miss the crows foot eves. This is a nice looking home.
Sorry but it needs more storage in the kitchen and bedroom.

76 inch entertainment center was a big plus for me. It's not really the size that of that impressed. It was how handsome Mr. Tiny Timmons is in his new suits 🤗.

No matter about the king bed… I’ll use my single bed w/sofa setup and have space for my bench seat and/or easel for artwork or table for my calligraphy work, Y E S !!!

This Moonstone is fantastic!!! I would like to add a pantry where the counter tops begin. Just large enough to put some pantry items. Doesn’t have to be huge. I would love to live in this model with that minor change. I LOVE THE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER AND THE AMOUNT OF ROOM IN THE LIVING SPACE!!!Will be looking in a couple of years. Keep this one available PLEASE!!!

Screen in that front porch and this home is PERFECT. I would be ordering one now, except there is no decent place in Granbury that is affordable to put one.!!!
I like the Moonstone model. The extra space in the bedroom is great. The livingroom has a great tv area for storage. A library shelf would look nice where that wall is in the livingroom. I like this house. Good job.

One of your best homes I've seen yet. Thoughts: lose the bedroom bump outs or turn them into usable storage space; I love the outdoor living space, but I would wish for it to be a wrap around add-on; instead of the outdoor living space include it as part of the living room for a larger living room/ dining/ indoor group entertainment space; I would even like to try a collapsible wall for creating a temporary 2nd bedroom/ office space from that additional indoor living space

This is not only very attractive and well laid out, but the price is great! The wood accents and entertainment wall are beautiful and this is a great deal for a tiny home. I don't believe in having a TV in the bedroom, so the alcove would be perfect for what I would want.... a queen-sized bed.

This is a tiny home fit for a king indeed. This is very cool and the price is right.
I like the exterior black magic, would add some metal elements to make it pop. The wall to wall entertainment center, with that LED fireplace speaks to me. It's saying, " I've got it ALL covered, bring your cherished possessions, there's a special spot waiting ", and the half wall makes it stand out. The front door, opposite of that walI is a preference for me, don't want my kitchen to be seen before getting a good look at me first. Lol. Lastly, I do like the king size bedroom but would settle for a Queen like myself, because a walk in closet would be perfect, without a loft, its storage, storage, storage, that you need.
Love, love, love all of it. Would customize a few things such as not prep for dishwasher and make more cabinet space instead. Also, extending the counter top a little farther to the left to give more prep space with, or without closed cabinet space would be better for me. I appreciate that your homes can be customizable.

Back porches are available as options on pretty much all of their models as far as I know. Check out The Starling from a few weeks ago, it was basically this with a back porch. It's 30k more due to the various upgrades over this model though.

Love it. I'd change the cabinets to a different color, I don't like the cabin wood look, but that would be all.

Love this one! Would like a door in the bedroom and I wish there were a 4 season front porch entry. Enclosed with windows and screens. That's just my opinion but I will say you outdid yourself on this one!!💕
Check out The Starling that they featured a few weeks ago. Same floor plan, but adds a door in the bedroom to a back porch. Neither is screened in, but I know they offer that as an upgrade.

That "linen cabinet" above the toilet is more like a medicine cabinet that's placed too high and inconveniently. Don't need the entertainment center, seems like it blocks a lot of options for that wall. Regardless, this is an AWESOME house! 👍
